Some staff was not as nice, especially for the type of hotel they work in. Shower would be a great bonus, as well as liquid hand soap.

Breakfast spread was decent but there is no choice of yogurt and scrambled egg was dry and little left over even tho it was only 8:30 am on a Monday.

Location was convenient to old town. Room is of good size with Jacuzzi which was great! Ample heating and onsite parking.

It was warm in the upper room we had (so I can't imagine it in the summer) without the heat on. We also had about 8-10 steps to go up, and though we were warned, it was a pretty steep climb with a suitcase. And though the building is old and beautiful, the doorway into/out of the room is really low. I am not tall and still hit my head on the doorway as it's a dark wood.

The room was quiet and in the old part of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. THe staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi as well as storing our bags and getting me ice when I hit my head on the low doorway into/out of the room. Loved the mini coffee machine and frig in the room. Wish we could have taken advantage of them more!

The fact that we could hear everything (!!) our upstairs neighbors were doing. (Maybe those people were just very loud kinds of people)

I liked the room (bed, windows, gardenview, hearth, bathroom with bathtub), the extra’s (champagne, chocolates and rose petals) and I loved that they listened to my request of a romantic room for our anniversary! (Also came with a note ‘congratulations’, very sweet :)).

Price for parking car at 30 euro per night is exorbitant. Showerhead in the bathroom is super old and filled with chalk so the water comes out slow, and bathroom itself is a bit outdated. So not on the level for a 190 euro stay per night as you might expect it.

There was really nothing not to like! The stay was quiet and peaceful, the bath sufficiently luxurious, and the bed comfortable. Nothing to complain about!

The property is really beautiful and staying there is a unique experience. Housekeeping and staff customer service were good. I did not try the breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Parking facilities were somewhat expensive, some street in the neighbourhood were reserved for residents and that was not really clearly stated, we hope we won't get a fine for this.

Parking far too expensive which bumped the hotel price considerably Room a bit on the small side and had unnecessary furniture in there! Coffee machine good but a kettle would be better especially if you a tea drinker!!

Opaque door to bathroom, would have preferred a second low light here, as if the bathroom light is left on it leaves the room quite bright at night.

Superb location, with a short walk to restaurants and bars. Beautifully designed and cosy hotel. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere - perfect for a relaxing weekend break. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
