A lovely b&b close to Gent yet in the quiet countryside. Comfortable, modern self contained rooms with balcony and view across countryside. Super hosts. Wim gave us helpful tips about the area and visiting Gent. Tram stop close by which allowed easy access to city centre. Wonderful tasty breakfasts served in the hosts kitchen.

Only little downside-there was no TV in the room,but these days of internet gadgets this isn't a big deal.

Quiet residential neighbourhood, lovely house,cosy room with separate entrance and all necessary amenities, fine breakfast, free car parking outside house .Hosts Wim and Lieve really made us feel comfortable like home. Only one small thing - no fresh milk for coffee, if you drink coffee/ tea with milk it will be commercial cream.

Amazing hotel! It is located right next to Ghent but in a very nature set up. The weather was cold and rainy, but once we arrived we felt so good as the room is well heated and has a nice hot shower. We slept like babies, the bed is super comfortable and big for 2. The host is very nice and friendly and provides clear communication. The breakfast was very nice as well - egg, ham, cheese, bread, croissant, butter, yogurt and fruits. Really recommend this place, great value for money and amazing experience, it was highlight of our travel in Belgium! Will be back!

Excellent stay. A friendly welcome and personally shown our room and facilities. Very comfortable and clean and so peaceful. We were able to walk into the near village centre for food and drink along with a smart supermarket. Everything we needed while travelling. Not far from E17 and we used Google maps to find easily with parking outside the house. Along with a lovely breakfast in the morning it was a perfect stay.

Perfect location right at the doors of Ghent, in a very pleasant landscape where you can enjoy farm life even inside your accommodation universe. Hosts very kind and helpful. Sensacional breakfast with a little bit of everything you could wish. Absolutelly great.

The owners are super friendly, helpful and kind!! Super clean, new accommodation, good enough space, beautiful property. Amazing breakfast. Close to Ghent, Bruxelles and Brugges. Price are very reasonable, frigibar in the room, enough space to hang chothes, big bathroom. Very good mattresses, super quite.

Everything was super amazing! 11/10! :) The apartament was very cozy, nice, modern and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful! The hosts were super friendly and hospitable. We had a perfect time and would definately return and recommend this place to everyone! Fantastic stay! And the classical music during breakfast time was just a fantastic start of the day :)

There can be a big trash bin inside the B&B.

Nice breakfast and more welcoming hosts. They were so kind and affectionate to host us in the B&B. It had everything we need except the comfort of Television. Nonetheless, a great place and atmosphere to live in the neighborhood of Ghent (almost 15-20 mins away), Brugges, and Brussels (almost 45-50 mins away)

The room is heated with an airco system which I didn't like so much.

The room is comfortable with a spacious bathroom and nice decorated. Breakfast is good and it is easy to park the car. The view is also nice. The owners are very caring with a great hospitality.
