The only thing is that the breakfast restaurant is a bit smaller to serve 50-60 people at the same time (this is how many people we had at our breakfast), and the facilities at breakfast cannot accommodate for this many people (for example, they only had 1 waffle maker and you had to queue for a long time to make yourself some waffles - maybe having another one would be better). Another downside is that the hotel does not have its own parking but there are some public parkings around the hotel (but be aware, Opera is super expensive, so choose another one that is a bit further away).

Hotel has an excellent location, close to all sightseeing spots in Antwerp. The reception staff is amazing, and you get a lot of complementary things (water, chocolate, coffee, tea) which is really nice. The room is not too spacious but it has everything that you need, the bed is comfy, the bathroom clean. Perfect for a short stay.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly people, cozy and really clean rooms. I think the rooms had a good size, not too small. It was really quiet. I couldn't hear any other guests in the room. I loved the breakfast with really good bread, pastries and even waffles. Everything you need is in walking distance. I would totally recommend this place.

The Staffs are very accommodating and friendly and easily approachable. The place is clean as well as the room and the facilities. The location is great and accessible. They have coffee and other beverages to offer while still waiting and also a place to stay and rest without asking extra fee.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center. Everything is within walking distance, so we haven't used city transportation at all during our stay in Antwerp. Breakfast is included in the room price, which is definitely an added bonus.

Bathroom could have been more clean.

It was very nice that checkout could be extended to 13 pm without extra cost. Breakfast was available before 7 am which was very useful on that day!

We enjoyed everything. Excellent value for money, clean, lovely breakfast, right near central train station and lots of shops restaurants etc. A special mention to the two reception staff we dealt with (my husband was admitted to hospital during our stay) they were excellent, caring and very helpful it was much appreciated.

Because of the amount of people booked during the weekend, there were specified time slots for the breakfast. However, it is not that bad and from what I saw, no one was waiting for a table. Other than that, there was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you travel by train. It is very close to both main central station and the city center. The room itself was very clean and well prepared for my visit. It wasn't too spacious, but perfect for one night. Also, employees were very nice and helpful all the time.
