Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRooms are not soundproofed so you can hear everything from the hallways, adjacent rooms and the street. They only have one very slow elevator in the hotel and that's a bit annoying. Don't particularly like the reception/bar combo.
Location. Beds are comfy, they provide coffee and water in rooms.

GreeceThe temperature of the room was far too low and the thermostat was locked at 22 (but the air coming from the AC felt more like 15). unfortunately there was no technician on site to fix this as I arrived on a Sunday. The coffee machine at the lobby was broken as well and with no technician on site there was no coffee on premises until Monday. Thankfully both those issues were resolved on Monday. The breakfast did not offer many choices and was not worth the cost. In general if it was an OK hotel but for sure it should have been in a lower price range.
The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful and really tried to assist with some problems I faced. Room was very clean and spacious and the WiFi was really fast and stable.

PortugalThe hotel is located in the European quarter, which was where we wanted to be. 5 min walk away fro Schuman station (metro and train) which is very convenient Room was very good and confortable. Bathroom was ok. We didn't take breakfast nor any meal in the hotel so cannot comment on those. Overall, it's business hotel, confortable and well located (if one intends to be in that area) and at a fair price (which does not hapen that much in Brussels). Good option for future visits to Brussels.

The hotel is located not so far from the center and the business district. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and the quality of the amenities are nice. The breakfast was good too but some enhancements could be done. The parking space is also available for 25 euro per night. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and supermarkets too.
