Wow, wow, wow. Fabulous stay in kortijk, property is spacious, modern and roomy. Hosts Maarten & Julie incredibly helpful, great restaurant tips & advice. Very accomodating, let me leave touring bike in entrance hall for duration of stay. Would definitely book again!

2nd time we have stayed. Will surely be back again for a 3rd visit. Ticks every box and the hosts really go out of their way to make the difference an make this a "homey" experience away from home. Wonderful!

I don´t know maybe stairs :-) and shower in the bed room is strange because of no doors, no curtain.

Very good location of the apartment. Julie and Marten were very helpful and kind. There was a lot of space in the apartment. It is close to the station and the campus Level.

Very close to Kortrijk Centre. Lovely Balcony views. Very easy contact with host and car park is very close.

The shower was a bit weirdly placed in the bedroom with no door or curtain to give ypu privacy. Now, I did travel by myself so it was not a problem but if you are travelling with friends, keep that in mind.

No complaints at all. Everything was exceptionally clean and well kept. I think I enjoyed having a terrace the most.

Design, comfort, facilities, clean - a beautiful studio in a beautiful old town house in the centre of Kortrijk. This was my second stay at Homey and will be my home from home whenever I visit Kortrijk. The location is super handy, 5 minute walk from station, main square, swimming pool and fitness centre and the River Leie at the bottom of the street is great for walking or cycling along it Julie is a great host, gave us lots of tips on where to eat and drink in town. Just perfect!

Excellent apartment with great facilities. Very modern and clean with the bonus of a terrace and in a great location to explore the town with amenities only a short stroll away. Julie was very good and supplied us with plenty of information on places to see and where to eat and was on hand via messaging to answer any queries, highly recommended. Parking close by could be arranged for 5 euros a day which was very reasonable

I can't think of any negatives.

The two apartments were both lovely; they were roomy, well-equipped and immaculately clean. Their layout and design are very well thought-out in order to make the most of the available space. Our friendly hosts, Julie and Martin, communicated with us extremely well and went to extra effort to advise us on a selection of good local restaurants. The location was good – close to the centre of the old town. Parking was easy in the nearby secure car park. All-in-all, highly recommended.

Nothing but it is up 4 flights of stairs so not suitable for all. If you don’t mind the stairs this is a unique place to stay.

Nothing! The only comment we would make is the apartment we were in was on the top floor so there were a few steps to be climbed so would not be suitable for less mobile people.
