Very easy access to property through coded locks, room was spacious and clean. I would not hesitate in staying in this property in the future.

it took one and a half day before i got wifi although i installed it immediatly when i arrived.

the enter codes for frontdoor and room where very good, i liked this safe way of entering the hotel and room. i liked the fact that there were only 6 rooms i think. not a huge hotel. it was very clean. and on the third floor up a above it was very quiet, something i liked and appriciated very much. it was not too small the room.,like often you experience in other hotels.

It would be great for them to accept card payments to purchase breakfast. Also there were three sets of stairs to go through to get to my room (no lift). For heavy luggage carriers it can get unpleasant.

The bed is super comfortable. The room is big and the temperature is kept at a warm level which served me well to escape the cold from outside. The bathroom shower is quite generous in space as well. Basically the room looks exactly like in the pictures. Check-in system is simple and fast. Also, the staff was very responsive to my messages during the stay. And they made an effort to have my room available earlier -- without extra charge and just because they knew I'd be arriving before check-in time.

steep stairs no lift. some hot water and coffee bags in the room could been more than welcome.

large room confortable bed 2 windows to the street, bathroom includes products for shower etc..., welcome bottle of water. code for entering the main door and the room seemed odd at first but it worked really well. Parking nearby 20 euros per day.

We had a great stay at this, exceptionally well located hotel. Apart from the fact that it was on the third floor, and there was no lift everything was to our expectations, and I’d happily stay there again.

The lack of AC as there was a heat wave and it was very hot in the room despite the fan. Be aware that if you are a senior or have a disability or injury there is no elevator, so ask which room to get before you book, as well as ask if there are parking arrangements.

It was a charming and cosy place to stay in Brussels and the people who own and run it are wonderful! The area is relatively quiet.

The only problem was that there isnt any elevator in the building. So we had to take our luggages to level 4 ourselves which was hard.

The property was so clean and the location was perfect, close to tram and bus station.

The family-run hotel impresses with its hospitality. The self-check-in with code worked without any problems. You could contact the operators at any time via WhatsApp. Any request was dealt quite immediately and in a very friendly manner. Very nice. There are only a few rooms in the hotel. But they are super cosy and also large and clean. On request, there was also a vegan option for breakfast, which was bought especially for me. That is the kind of service you can only wish for. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport from the Midi train station. It is also not far to the city centre by tram.

there was an odd smell in the room, but not too strong. just to know there are stairs to get to the rooms, for me not a problem. it would be great to have a kettle in the room.

easy check-in, very clear instructions, ready to address specific needs. the room was very clean and bigger than I expected, a bit warm because under the roof but ok even in warm spring days. comfortable bed.

There was no lift facility. Taking up the luggage to the 3rd floor was bit hefty. Locating the hotel was slightly tiresome was there was no sign board at the roadside.

Hotel offered self check in with a PIN code to access the room. Room was cosy and bed was made perfectly for good night sleep. Interior was minimalistic. Bathroom was hygienic and basic amenities was provided.

The sink was clogged and we had to use a very small flow of water to make sure water won't overflow, also because of that there was an unpleasant smell coming from it. Because we didn't spend much time inside, that wasn't a big problem; also the TV was not quite a TV and no channels could be found. Regardless, I still recommend the stay!

The room was big and spacious with comfortable beds and clean. No noise from other rooms or from the street. Also we could leave our luggage earlier than the time of check-in and they put them in our room when the room was ready. Thank you. The location was good with a bus and tram station very close.

I gave 8 and not 10 for facilities and comfort as the room does not have a fridge. Also they have very steep staircase and no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, you will feel it.

Staff is very friendly. Host was very welcoming and accomodate specific needs regarding check-in/check-out. Room is big and functional. Bath - the same. Very clean and welcoming.
