Fantastic location right next to the station, bars and restaurants. We arrived from Charleroi airport by flibco bus, where the stop is just around the corner. The staff were amazing, and sorted a room at no extra charge even though we were early. The room was well equipped, clean and great views over the Square. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The aircon did not work well for all four rooms on the first day but things were fixed on the next day. You cannot open the window to beat the room stuffiness as the street noise is horrible even at late nights where you can hear people screaming, fighting, yelling, etc. The pillow was a bit soft. The room was also small but manageable.

The location is fantastic. Short walking distance to many eateries and Antwerp Central Station. They have arranged our 4 rooms on the same level next to each other. The decorations of the room is cosy and comfortable.

The area itself is a bit gritty urban and noisy - despite the beauty of Centraal station. Decent bars and restaurants are 15 mins walk away.

Very lovely and helpful staff. Great breakfast with wide choice and very well presented. Beds comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Quiet room on 5th floor at the back.

That can be noisy at night due to some cafe-bars nearby the hotel.

The location is excellent in terms of reaching the public transport and the main train station. Also about 10-15 walk to the center. The design of the rooms and the toiletries is very nice.

Nice room in a central location. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were lovely and asked if we wanted to have a room in the back or front of the hotel. We opted for the back for a quieter stay.

The room was a bit noisy as it overlooked a busy square - might be worth offering some earplugs to guests.

LOCATION: near Central Station & ChinaTown = BUSY square, crowded area, a "going-out" area = lots of noise/shouting, police sirens throughout day and night ... this might not suit everyone. NOISY . . . The building surpringly lacks any kind of NOISE insulation: street traffic, crowds - folks shouting at all hours in the streets, police sirens until the early hours, music from bar nextdoor . . . especially at weekend AUDIBLE from the 8th FLOOR! This I did not expect and I dread to think how room occupants at lower levels get on . . . Room only has a few hangers and lacks shelf space if there were two of you or you were staying any length of time it might be a problem. Room temperature control ? ? ? Bedside Spotlights good for reading but really too bright for use in the night. No dimmed light option.

Good size room . . . double for single use. Bed was comfortable enough - pillows were hard and bulky, though. Pleasant "arty" - "urban" - boutique style decor. A safe and fridge available. Complimentary bottle of water is welcome. "Environmental Awareness"Option to skip daily cleaning in return for a voucher to use in their bar/restraurant (buys a single drink) Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Some nice casual dinner options available in the bar downstairs. Nice selection of Breakfast items available incl fresh fruit, pastries, rolls & charcuterie. Room keycard required for lift to operate is a reassuring security measure in view of the location/street population in the area...

Nice interior throughout the hotel, well-equipped and comfy rooms. The only downside was the sad view to the interior patio and lack of light - we picked this as at the reception they mentioned it could get loud with a front view room (you have to do a trade-off here). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and had a decent veggie and vegan selection but was not overwhelming for the price (22€). Location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the central station.

The hotel is close to the very populated streets around the train station which means that it is very central on the one hand but on the other hand in a quite loud and crowded area.

Nicely decorated and clean room. Very nice staff and a very good breakfast with a big range of different types of food. We would definitely come back!

The room was very hot, the thermometer was difficult to adjust.

Very clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. We were given the option of a room with a view or a quieter one, we chose the second and it was amazing.

Not crazy about the art hanging in rooms and environs. Some furnishings seemed worn and needing to be refreshed or replaced. One morning my wake up call was forgotten.

Location is ideal, just 3 minutes from Antwerp Central station. Hotel felt safe and secure in this busy area. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast room was comfortable and tablesc spaced well. I loved the thick fluffy towels and excellent bath soap and shampoo and cream.
