At one point, the elevator went dark and stopped between floors, as if the power had gone out. The receptionist explained to us that this happens sometimes. Elevator and walls renovation would be nice. At this point- value for money.

Location is excellent, close to center. Bed was very comfortable. Towels were changed every day. The bathroom has a large window. The heating was excellent. The staff was friendly.

Well, we had broken bed rails on one side of our room. There were visible signs of dirt in the shower, and on doors. Breakfast could include fresh vegetables/fruits.

I liked the district and street - very calm, looked safe, not crowded. Approx. 9 minutes till Grand Place and all the attractions around. Check-in was really easy and superb, I liked the breakfast option, while it lacked vegetables or fruits, but the price was really good :) Also, I loved the microwave in the lobby free to use with single-use utensils - it was useful to warm food from the supermarket + a fridge in our room and a kettle with 2 cups was useful (but there was no tea/coffee in the room). The building was built around 1880, so the staircase and corridors may be narrow, but they had a fully working lift, The rooms were quiet, and not many rooms on the floor so, I would say - a great place for a short stay but keep in mind, it won't be fancy, new hotel - it is a bit worn out.

Nothing particularly - it met my expectations for a comfortable budget stay.

Central location - very easy to walk to the central square and the station. Room was comfortable and contained all the basic things that were required for my stay. Everything was straight forward and I did not encounter any problems. Reasonable value for central Brussels.

I was meant to check in at 11am but i arrived early, so i rang the hotel and they said it was fine . I arrived the room was ready, and the staff was extremely lovely. this was a great help as i traveled with kids, we rested for a few hours then headed out . I asked the staff for a pin for my daughter's jacket, the lady in the reception was so nice she looked everywhere and found one . i was able to get Uber eat , the driver found it easy to find the hotel . the staff are really nice and helpful

The floor was so dusty. And the room is not sound proof, we got terified on our first night because we thought there is an earthquake at 2:00am but it was a noise coming from the second floor. The bed noise was horrible, the noise from the spring of the bed was so loud and the kids sleep were disturbed😩

The hygienic in the room was a lot of dust on the floor, and they kept a strong, really strong smell like kind mint in the room that made even the clothes smell like that. We stayed 3 days, and the smell was there in the room.

Sound insulation could be better, the floors start creaking when you start the heater (which makes some gargling noises)

Decently sized room with the standard amenities, comfy beds, heating was good, a freezer was also present. The location was good, it took about 10-15min to walk to the center.
