Excellent welcoming, helpful staff, brilliant breakfast, historical, romantic and fascinating environment. Everything was wonderful and suits with Brugge's atmosphere. But we learned that they are preparing to sell the hotel and I hope the new owners will be as god as the current couple. Thank you very much,

I was alone in a three Person room, otherwise it can get a bit crowded, since the room is not very big. For me the towels smelled a bit, but it's maybe a personal thing. There was no washing gel in the shower spender, really no big deal, but it should always be checked. A small fridge would be great, also because it can get warm in the room.

I was alone in a 3 Bed Room, considering that, the price was still okay for Bruegge and the short termed booking. Very friendly host at the reception, who gave me a map and marked important points and streets for me. Nicely located, near the centrum, everything can be reached pretty fast by foot. TV in room.

Great value for money. Located within a short walk of the main square. The owners are friendly and helpful. Had two stays in a year and would happily choose to come back as its a great base to be for exploring the town

A lovely old building very close to the centre of the city. Eric and his wife were very helpful during our stay there and our room was pretty spacious and comfortable. Very good value for moneym, we would certainly stay there again.

It was well worth the money, the parking in Brugge is challenging and this hostel has some spots, we were on a motorcycle so it was easy for us to park the bike with a cover in a bicycle parking area.

The last that runs this hotel is really sweet very helpful and a good breakfast selection, that was well worth the visit, especially the omelette

The staircase was quite narrow and quite a lot of steps to the 2nd floor. It does not suit a person, who has problems in moving.

We liked the room, breakfast and location. Besides, quiet and excellent ambience. The renovation was well done.

Bed was a bit on the hard side

The hotel is in a very quiet location with little noise from either neighbours or other rooms. Although it's a 8-10 minute walk from the centre of town, it is an easy, scenic walk that takes you over the canal(s) and along some picturesque street.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The owner on site serves eggs at breakfast with a choice of how they are prepared. She also can assist with any questions and issues during your visit. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

On occasion, the warmth of the shower water was not consistent, leaning towards tepid rather than comfortably warm. This minor inconsistency was the only aspect that I can say I didn't fully appreciate during my stay.

The breakfast offered delightful quality, and if I may make a personal suggestion, indulge in the omelette with ham and cheese—it's simply incredible! Situated in a spectacular location, the hotel is a mere 10-minute stroll from Bruge's city center. The neighborhood exudes tranquility, offering a relaxing ambiance, and the charming church facing the hotel is an absolute must-visit. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat. Moreover, the staff exhibited magnificence in their service. Their warmth and hospitality were truly commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. I'm thrilled to have chosen this hotel and would gladly return for another stay if I find myself back in Bruges in the future.

There is no elevator in the hotel , so getting to the fourth floor with our luggage was tiring , but we knew this before the reservation.

The owners of the hotel are kind and helpful. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices to taste. The room and the whole building was clean and in very good condition. The hotel is located in a quiet place , and is nearby to most of the sights.

We got a two storied room, the owner was very friendly and was always taking care about our needs which gave a very homely feeling.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the city tax was not mentioned on booking.com until I had made the booking, which I did not notice. So was surprises when we were asked to pay it on the morning we left. This should be made clear on the site when searching not after the booking is made.

Could be a kettle in the room.

The hotel is family driven and in a very quiete area that allows good quality sleeping. However very close to city centre, so the position is great. The whole Bruges feels safe and so is this area too. The room was not so big but sufficient for our stay, and it was clean. Bathroom very good. Heating worked perfectly.

The view from the room was over a roof and towards a wall and the color of the towels, were grey not white.

Quick check-in. Hotel located in a quiet area. The room was clean, it was warm, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good, you could choose (ham, cheese, yogurt, milk, cereal, hot croissants, boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, jam, fruit salad, etc. The coffee was very good.
