We didn't quite like the breakfast room that it was too small for the amount of people there were. The mattress on the bed was not a big one ,but 2 small. Like 2 single put together, but it was not such a big problem. Also the location is not really close to the center, but you could walk to the nearest station which is 10-20 minutes away. Even to the center you could walk , but its around 40 minutes (4,5km)

The hotel was beautiful, rooms clean. We had everything we needed. At the reception is always someone if you have any question. Even questions about trains station, or other information. Very polite

The ventilation was quite poor, but luckily we could keep the window open.

A good value for price -hotel a bit far from the centre, but rather close to the Zuidstation. Ok breakfast and helpful staff.

The location was, honestly, quite poor. Probably worth the money, but not really a great district, although it is 15-20 min from the city centre by tram, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Our communication with the staff was really pleasant. When we checked in the girl at the reception found a room with both a hot tub and a double bed for us, while usually it's a choice between two. We also skipped cleaning one day and it wasn't a problem to ask to change towels at the reception. A large TV with netflix was also great. Breakfast was quite simple at first glance, but there was actually plenty to choose from, I have nothing to complain about.

- uncomfortable beds - no ventilation in the bathroom (the room was full of steam after each shower) - the breakfast could be more diverse (for example: bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages)

The stairs are narrow, curved and lit by a switch that was not immediately obvious. There is no space at the foot of the stairs and the door opens immediately onto them. It’s not their fault that the building is configured like this but the lift is very small so this gives limited access. Tricky for people with mobility issues.

our room had no heating. although there is a heater in the room and one in the bathroom, both were cold. the lady at the reception was very kind and brought us an air heater.

The prices seem a bit high for the places and services, especially considering the timing of the visit. The location is not near the center of Brussels, but with a 5-minute walk to the bus/tram, you can reach the center within 20 minutes.

Breakfast, room, and bathtubs—everything met expectations. In addition to playing games in the lobby, they offered us a Mac for check-in. The staff was friendly.

No fresh food for breakfast, coffee machine is outdated, bad coffee, no outdoor area available during stay, not much service for price but i guess room is complete eith everything you need for a few nights

- Wifi is patchy - very few plug sockets in the room (take a multi-USB plug adapter if possible) - breakfast room felt a little claustrophobic when full
