We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumGreat location, right in the town center. Plenty of parking, that shouldn't be a problem. There's no traditional reception as in big chain hotels, the reception is at the restaurant downstairs itself. Rooms are not big but comfy enough, sound isolation is okay-ish as I could hear my next door neighbor snoring. Rooms, at least mine, are non traditional as the bathroom is on the second floor, so yes, you get a two floors suite. Keep that in mind for people with mobility issues. Might be interesting to ask if they have other options. All-in all was a pleasant stay, surroundes by nature, nice restaurants, beautiful river walks and a pretty small medieval town.

Hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and beds were very comfortable. Hotel restaurant is very good as well and has a large choice of meals and menus. The possibility of booking a parking place is really a plus.
