While the open bath concept is really nice, the ventilation is not quite the best so it fogs up easily. I know the noise can be an issue for many, depends on the person. :)

Obviously the location & view to the cathedral is spectacular. The bath integrated into the room is a nice addition, so is the overall design. The nice welcome pralines and coffee add a nice touch.

Given the location smack in the centre, right next to the cathedral means there is often noise in the evening, from people outside, the cathedral bells and the early morning bin collection. Whilst they supply ear plugs and the windows are well insulated just be aware if you are a light sleeper

I cannot speak more highly of the staff and the personalised service offered at this family run hotel. The location is fantastic opposite the cathedral. The breakfast is exceptional and includes innovative dishes served in the cafe attached. The room is compact and comfortable

I didn't like much the decoration of big photographs of real people in the rooms. It feels a bit like someone else is in the room too. But not big deal, in general, good hotel :)

It all good, but I had to be there for a brief time, I can't say much. It's in a great location, that's for sure, but sadly i didn't have time for tourism or doing stuff in the city, so can't tell much.

Service in the bar. Below zero. Young, goodlooking staff does NOT make up for forgetting the order. One can only make conclusions that are disrespectful. And that’s exactly what they were: no apologies, no friendliness, only boredom on the faces. Better go to a bar in the neighbourhood.

The design of the room, the fact that, since you are sleeping next to the wonderful cathedral with its bells, earplugs are provided, proves the consideration for the guests. Reception staff is very welcoming, breakfast is good. I’d recommand this hotel to all the Antwerp tourists.

The rooms are very noisy. The first night I woke up twice every hour because of the people screaming on the streets. It seemed like the window was open, but it wasnt. I guess its just poorly isolated. Figures why there were 2 sets of earplugs available next to the sink ;) Second night slept with earplugs in and it was perfect.

Location is beautifull, with a super view on the cathedral. Also the room itself was beautiful with the midroom bathtub and the paintings on the wall and ceiling.

Due to the central location, the site is somewhat noisy, also during the night. Be aware of that before booking a quiet hotel! In the rooms you will find earplugs, for a good reason.

The location is superb. The hotel has everything you need and a nice decoration. Bar and restaurant are excellent. Young staff is very kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was confusing if no one was around to explain. The sound really carries from the rooms. Ear plugs were provided.

I loved the design of the room it was perfect for looking out at the cathedral. The bathroom in the room is a great touch. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which as a woman staying on her own was really welcome as it made me comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb and catered for everyone. The location is interesting with much to explore.

Parking, how small the rooms were.

I think booking with Booking.com, we got the smallest of smallest room that they had. I would book with the hotel directly next time. Breakfast was very good and the front desk people were very helpful. I didnt notice on the website that parking would be so hard. We found the underground parking lot they recommended but the elevator was out of order. So up the stairs we went with our luggage and then dragging our luggage 3-4 blocks over all the cobblestones and even more stairs. Not fun when you are 70 years old.

In a small hotel there is a possibility to give personal service. This is exactly the case in Hotel O. Regarind the location, you won't find better one.

Checkout was a bit early and the room was very tiny. You can hear everything out in the hallways so I recommend a portable noise machine or earplugs

I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked nice. The room is tiny, but the location is great and the bathroom even in such a small room was nice. I don’t recommend the small room unless you are traveling solo. The staff was really friendly and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t want to stay here long term because of the lack of space, but it was great for a one night stopover and close to lots of cool things to do

We sometimes could smell the sewage system outside that came into the room when windows were open. However, it did not impact our overall impression too much.

The hotel is located in a really nice area of Antwerp near the "Grote Markt" and we were able to park our car very close. We had a nice check-in experience; the room and view are magnificent.
