The stay was super comfortable and pleasant. The cafe in the hotel was cute and has a small bar with snacks. Overall, it was a great stay, the central attractions are 15 mins walk away and the EV charging stations are just next to the hotel which was a huge plus.

USB socket in room would have been useful. TV had an illuminated clock which was a bit annoying in the night.

Modern hotel within 15 minutes walk to Bruges, with free parking (not on site, but just across the road). Room was clean and fresh with a comfortable double bed. Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided & kettle with selection of teas. Bottle of complimentary water. Fridge and safe in room and plenty of wardrobe space. Small workspace in room & 2 chairs. Bathroom was compact but clean, with good towels and shampoo/shower gel. Room was very quiet, on the first floor towards the rear of the hotel. Window had mosquito net too so it could be opened without risk of "visitors"!! Breakfast was plentiful with continental options, plus eggs and bacon. Bar/reception area was nicely decorated & felt very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bruges!

An open window with fresh air in the breakfast area was something that we would have enjoyed but was corrected as we left.

Breakfast was sufficient with a fairly good selection - I may have liked the facility of a fried egg instead of just instant-packet scrambled but that was also not an issue. Staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. A fixed offer or light supper of pizza or lasagna was tasty, convenient and service was good.

The property was in a great position; sufficiently outside of Bruge old town to be peaceful but close enough to walk. The bedrooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

The outside street at rush hour was very very busy

The bathroom needed updating. The toilet seat was broken The shower screen was too small which meant the bathroom flooded each time we had a shower.

The location is great, very close to the train station a walking distance and also close to central places in this beautiful town with canals and gorgeous cathedrals. The staff was very nice and attentive and let us leave our luggage while we were out.

Great location in a quiet area but within easy walking distance into the centre of Bruges. We managed to park our car for free just a few yards from the hotel. All of the hotel staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. We appreciated the bonus of a fridge in our room. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good range which was topped up regularly.... choice of hot eggs/bacon/ sausage too. We'd definitely stay here again.

The room is too small to fit 3 beds. Was unable to open luggage. Had to get what you needed out and get it out of the way or you didn’t have a walking path.

The room is nice, clean and has everything you'd expect. We liked that the area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful (could hear the birds chirping from the room) . Within walking distance of the old city, which can be busy and noisy. The breakfast was nice (omelet, bacon, sausages, cheeses plate, and others), and a good choice, since this way we didn't have to leave the hotel for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

During the night there was continuous sound that we could hear; like water dripping (but it wasn’t from our bathroom). That was a a bit annoying but not so much that we couldn’t sleep; we had a good night’s sleep anyway.

On request the staff had some decorations and a small treat ready in the room for my husband’s birthday upon arrival, that was really nice of them!

We stayed at the hotel in Feb and the heater was very low despite setting it highest. It was too cold. Bed was not comfortable, especially not for someone with back pain.
