We use to come back to this hotel. It offers comfort, elegance and excellent services. The dinner is exquisite too. The hotel offers an amazing view on the city and its medieval castle

A very nice hotel with a great location and view over the town Buillon! It has a nice bar and restaurant and is dog friendly, we've really enjoyed our stay.

Our second stay at this beautiful hotel. At arrival we were informed the hotel changed owners and the chef since our last stay (summer of 2023). But we did not notice it at all in the excellent service, great selection of drinks at the bar and the amazing food! We enjoyed out stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included all you might wish for in the morning! Bouillon and the region are superb. Definately coming here again for our next visit to the area!

Duvet was a little small for the very large bed.

Welcoming staff, good facilities and restaurant though limited menu was excellent. Fantastic location with view over Bouillon. Hotel had a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing to dislike, just one minor detail that we missed not having a tea / coffee facility in the room.

Location and views were excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful, although dinner was a set menu, we found the courses to be very good.

The valley was shrouded in fog the one morning that I was there, so I missed the Panoramic View of that beautiful valley in the daylight. The road up to the hotel is rather steep and windy.

Hotel has a spectacular view of the old castle in Boullion. I wish I knew more about it. The Hotel sits on top of a ridge overlooking Boullion and the Semois River. It has a great terrace which is where I ate dinner. I got there late, but the staff was able to put together a rather nice meal for me. this Hotel is where German General Heinz Guderian stayed the night before the Meuse River Crossings at Sedan on May 13, 1940 which changed world history.

Very clean and cosy room. Friendly receptionist. Great view from the balcony to the castle. Good breakfast. Parking for free. We were very satisfied with our choice of hôtel.

The coffee at breakfast could be better. Mainly coffee on thermoes and automat mashine coffee is available for breakfast. The latter is not very good coffee.

Great hotel with perfect location with great view over the valley. The hotels restaurant is also one of the best restaurants in Bouillon. Great value for money.

The room we had was a bit outdated and with the temperature during the day going above 30 degrees it would have been nice to have airco in the room. The first night we woke up at 3am because it was just too hot. Opening the window helped a lot but I am a bad sleeper with too much light in the room so I got up at 5am. The sheets on the bed and headpillow were a bit too hard for my taste especially with the warm weather. Apparently there are some rooms on the first floor that do have airco.

We were on the second floor and you have a nice view from the room on bouillon. Diner is a fixed menu and was very good, there is however no choice in main course if it is something you don't like there is no alternative. Rooms were very clean as was the lobby and terrace outside. With temperatures going above 30 it was nice to sit on the terrace of the hotel lobby, the bar had a good selection of drinks.

This hotel is located in the village of Bouillon. With a stunning view of the castle, river and village. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The bar and terrace are amazing. The room was classical and comfortable. The included dinner and breakfast were perfect! Definately staying here again during a next visit! Highly recommended to any future guests!

We booked Hotel Panorama on the recommendation of friends and we were not disappointed. We had a comfortable room and the view from the hotel is it’s major selling point. We also dined there on 2 occasions - a four course set meal that was lovely.

Our room overlooked the small town of Bouillon and was opposite the castle. This was very good after dark when the castle was lit. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. The restaurant was good with great food.
