The only thing we didnt expect was the temperature of the pool, I expected it to be warm but it wasnt, clearly suitable for some, but too cold for us to swim which was disappointing as this is why we chose a place with a pool.

Room was nice with the best part that it opened to the pool area which was nice to sit out at night by the pool next to your room. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

The exterior of the hotel needs some maintenance. We were disappointed when we arrived. Taxi service from town is not very helpful and has limited capacity, so walking to Durbuy centre might be the safest bet if you plan on not to using your own car.

The rooms were very clean and sufficient for our purpose staying there for a weekend playing golf with a few friends. Breakfast was good and friendly host. Would come back for a weekend with friends when if you are planning to be out and about exploring the area.

We took a room with half-board, the room was situated next to the pool. It is a biological pool, no chlorine smell everywhere, so don't forget your swimming cap and stuff. And once you get out, get comfy and read or play tabletop games. Breakfast offers a great variety and is really tasty. The highlight, on top of the pool, is, however, the dinner. The chef offers two different menus, usually the choice is fish or meat, and it is a delight. Well worth dropping by for even if you are just passing by... In short, we'll be back soon.

The outside areas needed attention, weeding, new plants and flowers. Some of the fixtures in the hotel room needed replacing and in some areas of the hotel the WiFi was poor.

A very friendly hotel close to the pretty town of Durbuy. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The food at the hotel was exceptional and the set menu very good value for money. We looked forward to seeing what we were having for dinner each evening! The inside areas of the hotel were well maintained, especially the pool area. Despite a rainy week in the Ardennes, we always had a pleasant, warm and bright place to return to each evening.

Culinary dinner with a sophisticated and very tasty menu each evening, due to coronavirus served at a table directly on front of the room, good idea. Also due to coronavirus, the breakfast was not buffet style, but you ordered in the evening and it was delivered at the hour you specified in front of your room. No wasting food :) Pool ecological, staff excellent and very attentive.

You had to pay extra for the sauna. A very little bathroom (no place to close the door). Heating in the room; one part was very hot, the other stayed cold.

There was a lot of choice for breakfast. They have a big parking place. It's close to the centre of Durbuy (by car).

The tropical pool was actually quite cold. Should be heated better. I was not informed upfront that the sauna is charged per session, so the bill upon checkout was a surprise. I arrived on a Thursday and there were not enough guests for them to provide the buffet breakfast, so instead we were asked to fill in a list of breakfast items the evening before. That was a real bummer as the buffet is part of the fun when going to a hotel.

They did not clean our room on the second day.. it is full of dust. The facilities are needed to be updated. Not so sure of a Bio swimmingpool if this is safe😪

The structure was so well laid out, direct access to the tropical pool from the room, heating system that warmed the room up very quickly as needed, the food was delicious, like eating at a high level restaurant every day and the kindness of all the staff was impressive. Extra bath robes for the kids to ensure their could dry while they used new ones etc. The fact we could have our dog with us and use the gym were also a plus!

This hotel is NOT kid-friendly. DO NOT bring your child here. We were told to eat outside of the restaurant, at a table in front of our hotel room, because our baby was 'too noisy'. She doesn't know how to talk, it's a baby! Of course she's going to have the little screeches and brabbles. We didn't even get a compensation for being isolated and pushed aside. If we knew this, we would've never paid for halfpension and probably would've booked another hotel.

Very nice location. Breakfast was supposed to be buffet, but because of Covid-19 you had to fill in a paper where you already had to write what you wanted for breakfast in advance.

The hotel staff was very unhelpful, we have specifically asked for twin beds but this request was ignored as well as request for at least getting some additional bed sheets. The rooms were very small and cluttered with random items. It was also cold during the night. Would have expected way more from a 4 star hotel at such price.

Breakfast and dinner were very good with very nice and helpful restaurant staff.
