The shower required a degree to get it to work as desired. Could do with modernising. Towels provided a bit small.

The automated lights in the bathroom didn’t stay on very long. Some of the other facilities proved difficult to use - so a welcome pack with some instructions would have been helpful.

There were no bath towels and only half a roll of toilet paper in house when we arrived. We were on a 16 day trip and were staying at some places that didn’t have towels and I could not remember if this one was supposed to or not. I failed to contact the owner and ask, after we checked out I was accused of stealing the towels that were never there. The owner says he is putting policies in place to prevent this in the future, but still called me a liar and thief even after I provided pictures that we took on our arrival that showed no bath towels on the bed.

The entrance doesn't look very promising. Some outdated looking appliances can ruin the "flair" of the house. Easy to overlook, though.

The driveway by the gate had a hump that catches the bottom of the car and no way to turn the car after driving up the steep driveway.

The bathroom is a bit small. One room with toilet facilities (small), and one shower room. The toilet facilities are a little dated but work just fine. We will stay here every time we go to Bastogne!

Location is on the very edge of town. Great place to be. Has a back yard that is huge and perfect for our dog to run and play. It is very big with plenty of room for a family of 4-6. We liked everything about this place except the bathroom was a little small.

The pillows and bedding were not the most comfortable. The furniture and decor are dated but functional. The motion sensor light in the bathroom turns off too fast.

The apartment is large and spacious, as is the fenced yard. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The large kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals, except for a microwave (a minor inconvenience). The closets and other storage are huge. Communication with the host was excellent, and photos provided were very helpful for self check-in. The location is excellent, very close to shopping and the main square.

Very dated, needs some work everything very old and smells old. Two of my children have come up with a bad rash from the bed and looks like bites on their torso, not that impressed and wouldn’t go back again to be honest

Manager on site was not very professional. He greeted us in what looked like a dressing gown and stated that he had to make up the beds. We arrived around 4pm so beds should have been ready. Also, he came back with another man who looked like a security guard after 9pm banging on the door and then the bedroom window when we didn't answer. He came through the back fence and it was very unnerving. We opened the door and he and his mate basically barged in requesting another 100 EURO stating that we only paid for 2 guests and not 5. This was.not the case as we emailed the manager and advised of the change in number and asked if it would be extra. No reply was received. To have someone knock on a bedroom after 9pm is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable at all. We would certainly not recommend this accommodation as an option and we definitely will never stay there again. Was not happy at all.
