This is a bit of a hit and miss, the whole stay was totally private, I never met any staff, you pickup your keys yourself, get your brochure and go to your room. A bit impersonal but that's up to individual preference.

Great location close to everything in the downtown historical area. The chocolate museum is easily accessible as well as a lot of restaurants and cafes. The apartment brochure has a lot of great information about the surrounding areas and some local Flemish restaurants

I was upset to find out the doors were locked when I arrived and apparently there is no one on the property-hotel staff. I wish the management would have told me at booking time that they would be notifying me a few days before with a code to get in. I had no phone service in Bruges and could not log into internet outside. I went to the Choco Story across the street and they called for me and said the phone number did not work Other guests arrived and we were all standing out front hoping someone would arrive. Luckily a guest staying there came who opened the door and it was from them that all of us outside learned that the hotel should have sent us an email prior to arriving. They let me inside so I could connect to the internet and found they had sent an email, but because I was on a bike tour for two weeks and had not been able to check email, I had no idea about the property. They should make guests aware of the email coming at booking time so they could find a way to have access to their email to get the codes. No one from hotel is on site, just so people are aware. It is definitely a very nice place to stay once you get past the fear and frustration of not being able to get into your room. Also, even if you put a do not disturb sign on the door, they still came in to clean.

Location was excellent. The room was large, with seating area and mini fridge. There was a quiet courtyard for guests to relax. They also provided an adaptor for the outlet, to accommodate my North America plug. They also provided bottle of water, tea and coffee. Wonderful!

The glheaters in our room were not able To be shut off and it was on the warm side.

The location was perfect. Central to everything. Rooms were well decorated and a great size. Parking was easy which was a bonus.

Was everything ok, except small problems with finding my room, because was self check in. But later I understood everything so second time will be easy.

It was beauty, clean room with big fresh shower. Very warm inside (I was in the winter there). It was self check in, so I didn’t need to contact with reception. They send me sms with code to the door, quite nice solution.

Apartment was a little tired. Wallpaper hanging off the walls however it didn't effect our stay. Would have liked some way of securing the apartment from the lift just a door to lock from the inside.

It would have been great to have a place inside the guest house to have a cup of coffee or tea. Not seeing any staff or people at reception may make you feel a bit neglected. The heating was too high a difficult to turn down.

Wonderful location. Spacious room with everything you may need. It had a wardrobe, which is something we frequently miss in other accommodations. Very clean and good amenities. The entrance hall to the room and the balcony were beautiful. So quiet and with a beautiful view.
