Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe Bathroom was slightly cramped but was sufficient for our needs..We booked the hotel due to the proximity of the public transport which suited our purposes. However be aware it's quite a walk into the centre which we never saw due to the weather which was a pity..
Staff were very helpful with a query we had to get to a remote area of the Ardennes... Room, was decent, no noise despite being close to the railway station. Breakfast has plenty of choice..

The location is juste opposite the train station with a Carrefour Express just next to it. I asked the staff for a typical Belgian restaurant for dinner and they recommended really well. The staff is extremely polite. The room was big. The shower tub didn’t even let a single drop of water out.

RussiaBottled water was supplied only on the day of check-in. We lived here for 6 nights, and no additional water was given to us for next days. If this issue is fixed, the hotel would be perfect.
We had a spacious room with spacious bathroom, bath stuff is included, kettle and cups too. Room is quite soundproof. But the most pleasant was breakfast: rich choice of different meat, salmon, vegetables, fruit and deserts. Location is great - near the railway station and FlixBus stop, streets are not crowded here though, which I liked a lot. The supermarket and different restaurants are nearby. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
