- Breakfast wasn't worth €17. The pastry tasted like from the previous day. The sausages were dry. Better to get a fresh pastry from a local bakery. - No fridge in the room. - Bathroom felt crammed like on a boat.

- Tesla Supercharger in front of the hotel. - Just off the highway between Brussels and Ghent. - Fairly modern building though a bit bland design. - Free wifi in rooms and in the lobby, which is suitable for work with desks and plugs (also used by people charging their car) - Free welcome drink when booked through Booking - Parking at the hotel is limited but street parking is free and abundant.

The drainage in our bathroom smelled really bad with wastewater. This got a bit better after we took a shower.

The reception and restaurant area was super modern. The breakfast choice was really good!

Very pleasant atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine - the windows were extremely well noise-insulated so kept any traffic noise away. Room was very clean and well-functional. We were pleased to have dinner in the hotel and enjoyed the dining area, and very good breakfast in the morning.

The beds were not very comfortable, the aircon didnt work very well, i spent 3 nights unable to cool down. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, having to go to the bar was not expected. There were also no in room ironing facilities even though it is implied that there is

The only problem is parking, but we were very lucky this time ! We were travelling in two vans and we stayed for two nights; on both occasions we managed to get the vans close to the front of the hotel, which is important for security. On a previous visit we had to park behind the hotel, though, which isn't ideal.

Its a nice hotel, if you are expecting the Ritz or 5 stars thats not what this hotel i about, If you get a good rate grab a room, grab some bar food and a few beers , hop on the wifi ...

Hotel was close off the motorway, easy to find with sat nav look for the ibis sign when you are close... room was basic and clean, we paid a good price and what we had was good. The food was a little limited just pizza , but ordered 2 and came in 10-15 mins... the bar was oki and some nice beers to choose from, overall happy with the stay i did read other reviews but i would stay there again. Its a no frills room but if you want some basic food in the bar, a few beers and then get your head down there is no better place. Staff friendly,

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and the service leaves a LOT to be desired. For example: When I arrived, there was a man at the desk looking at his phone, and a woman behind the desk looking at paperwork. Neither person looked up at me when I approached the desk. It wasn't clear to me what was happening; was this man just using the desk while he looked at his phone? What was the staff person doing? She wasn't engaging with him, but neither did she greet me or even give any acknowledgement toward me (for instance, if she WAS in fact helping this man). All she needed to do was to look up at me and nod as an acknowledgement that she saw me; even better would have been if she'd said something like "Good evening, I'll be right with you" -- this would have alerted me that she WAS actually helping this man, and in good time would be available to help me too. As it was, I stood there for several minutes WAITING for SOMETHING to happen. ??? In my experience this equals bad manners, and bad customer service.

The location SUCKs. It's in the middle of nowhere, with nothing really in the city. We tried to order food at 11:00 pm and the only thing we could get was the worst sandwich I've ever had (not exagerating).
