The nearby plant with a cooling tower is not a nuclear power plant.

Nearby cooling tower provides a nice Chernobyl wibe! Too bad it wasn't visible from the window, would have made this a perfect location. Good wifi, easy checkout at the middle of the night.

To put a big board by displaying the hotel location from the local bus and the train station.

The reception staff were professionals. and I wish the hotel to serve hot food on his breakfast . My congratulations to your staff Justine and Geraldo for their service.

I didn't like the location we had to take bus and then tram to get to the center and the daily ticket we bought was not valid for that "bus company" at least that was what all the drivers said everytime we take that bus, and the other option to get to the center was further away.

I liked the room, we stayed with my 2 other friends so it was nice to have an option of 3 people room. The room and the bathroom was clean. We stayed for 2 nights which was okay for the price basically.

Even if the room was a double one, there was a bunk bed right above our heads, which we hit a couple of times. Also, you could see everything through the shower door.

The toilet door does not close all the way, it is not comfortable.

It is normal to travel with a child. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Location is far away from the center of Brussels but it is cheaper than hotels in the center of Brussels 😁

The rooms were pretty clean, a bit small but overall okay for a couple, the room just like on the photos.

Wc toilet was leaking water from the pipe. Air conditioning at night made very loud noise, was hard to fall asleep. Very stuffy air inside the room, lowering temperature didn't help. Had to open the window and that is a bit dangerous in winter. Was overpriced.

Possibility for an early check in and late check out for a fee. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my stay. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming.

I missed a brush for the toilet and the possibility to wide open the window would be great🙈

The location was perfect for what i needed. It's not good if you want to visit Bruxelles and the center. The room was clean and nice. The toilet is separate from the shower, but you can hear and smell anyting from it from the room haha. Definetely wouldn't feel comfortable to stay with someone in that room. For sleeping and showering it's a good room. If you want to spend time in the room, might not be what you want. Nice and friendly staff. I haven't took the breakfast. Also, They managed to get me check in earlier. At 14, so thank you!

The fact that there were flat pillows and no pillows extra to be able to borrow. Also breakfast was expensive for the quality and lack of diversity in food.

Breakfast doesn't include hot meals (porridge, omelette) hard-boiled eggs with an acidic flavour Noisy ventilation in a room The bed mattress is concave and uncomfortable, which was reported to the staff. They replied that they would take this comment into consideration.

Need to pay for parking. Rooms are very small little bigger than a caravan.

ıt is remote from the down town, quite and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and minimalist.

I didn't like that the shower cubicle hadn't been looked after. The shower head had a crack in two sections on the top part. The floors needed a good clean and there were marks around the skirting board alongside chewing gum on the stairs leading up to the bunkbed as well!

I liked all the staff, the location was good for what we had planned, the rooms were okay!
