The location of the room. Which was directly next to the public garden. Which made us close the curtains all day for privacy…

I would not recommend the breakfast as there are many cafes nearby with more choices. However, the breakfast room/courtyard is charming.

The staff were super helpful and personable, the room was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed in a very central location. To get to some of the rooms, you walk through a courtyard to a second building. Charming, but maybe not practical in the rain - although, they probably have umbrellas. There us no AC and I am not sure about heating.

The hotel has no parking place, but it is an underground parking near (~15euro/day)

The location of the hotel was very close to the main attractions. The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 (top floor attic room) but some parts with low slanted wall a bit uncomfortable to move around. The bed was comfortable enough though a bit soft but ok to sleep through.

Check-in was a little dicey. I somehow didn't receive some timely entry info. But kind hotel-mates helped us until Owner arrived.

Owner is a Beast. He runs a great small inn. We were very comfortable and cared for. Gluten-free options if needed.

The bathroom and the cupboards could use a little bit of refurbishment. There was also some hair on the decorative pillows so I would recommend that they be cleaned :)

The property was clean and well located. It was close to the shopping street and tourists attractions but far enough to be away from all the noise. We stayed in a triple room and it was as stated on the website and shown in the pictures. The breakfast had the essentials, it was not too elaborate but we had a good hearty breakfast.

Location was excellent, the garden with the tables was lovely, staff was very friendly. We came after the hotel's reception was closed but the hotel staff sent us clear instructions on how to get in and how to find the rooms before our arrival. We were able to leave our luggage to the hotel before the departure. Breakfast was delicious and of good value for the money.

The room was a bit small for a family of 4, and lacked some amenities. The TV could also allow to visualize platforms like Netflix, HBO, Disney, etc...
