The property was clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to all the historic places in Bruges so a car wasn’t needed to get around. There were several places to eat near by and the property also offered a breakfast.

When I was there the whole street and many buildings nearby were under construction. This means it was quite loud in the morning. - Also the way to the center on food is not very nice. In theory it is only 15 minutes but it’s a constant construction site - There are not really supermarkets or restaurants/cafes nearby

I was not aware anyone would go into our room. I would have requested them to not come in as we were only staying two nights. Also, we likely missed it so it was our fault, but the stairs were very steep and breakfast was not free. It sounded expensive for what you would get. The stairs were a bit difficult for my mom who has some knee issues.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything but we were never shown the terrace and small kitchen available so we never used them. I think that's an opportunity to improve but it's just a small thing.

The rooms were good sized and clean, with comfortable beds. Great area and location, at a walkable distance of the city centre. The staff was very understanding when I took the parking control with me by mistake, and I sent it back via post as soon as I could. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures used to advertise.

Coffee machine was in the kitchenette, a floor down but only 2 of the 3 days were there coffee cups supplied.

Good price for a 2 bedroom B&B. Coffee machine that was in the kitchen was usable all day. tv had lots of channels.

The pillows are somehow unbelievably uncomfortable.

The inn isn't that far from Market Square as it may seem at first glance. It's all the way straight and took us 15 min. The only thing is that the road is under construction and it isn't a beautiful walk. But it's momentary. The room is clean, well maintained. The inn proposes breakfast, we didn't take it. But it would be nice to have a kettle in the room or at least in the common kitchen. For example, we like taking hot tea in the evening after a day outside. The check in was quick. Mind that there is no elevator and narrow stairs. In general we just needed a place to sleep not far from Brugge railway station and it was perfect for the location and room quality.

The fact that parking in front of the property is not free. Just for 4 hours. You can get parking for like additional 10 euros or something like that. But you have to walk like 5 minutes. It's not ideal if you're with kids.

The apartment was large, and clean. I liked the bathroom with the large bath tub and separate shower. Also nice that there are 2 bedrooms.

It was a little further out from the centre than I would have wanted. 40 Mon brisk walk to the station.

Very receptive to my request to leave my bag early in the day and to my last minute request to have breakfast earlier than I said the day before.

While the bed was large and comfortable, the pillows were terrible. Only one saggy pillow each so we had to put a cushion under them.

The room was large and airy. The WC was separate from the shower room, which was handy.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and explained everything that we needed. Parking space was available for a fee (reserved when booking) and that was only a short walk away - maybe 5 minutes or so. Location was great, with a 15 minute walk we were in the Markt Square. We also did some travelling and drove to Ghent (45 mins - 1hr), Antwerp and Brussels (both about 1.5hrs) Good size room with a private bathroom which was clean and well kept. Breakfast as well for €5pp per day, which was nice.

Nice easy location to center of which we walked. There were a lot of stairs and no lift,. Being in our late seventies and mid eighties, we found this a bit challenging but we did ok. The rooms were quiet and clean. The daily breakfast was lovely. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Pillows are inadequate for our needs; they're too small (more like cushions) for the size of our bed. Might be worth considering investing in good-quality pillows for guests.

Good location - easy to find. Staff are welcoming. Good size room with own fridge. Comfy beds, black out blinds work a treat for a good night's sleep.

The host entered our room to clean the trash and change towels and kept closing the window, we were not aware they would do it. Not necessarily a dislike, but something to be aware of. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Also front door is very hard to open
