Don't t think the property was as described in the booking, extra charge was unexpected and a bit much for what it was , wouldn't of booked if we knew about that.

The host was fantastic and very helpful indeed. The location was good and the family owned butchers nearby was absolutely exceptional

Even though next to each apartment door there is a notice that says "silence after 22:00" ironically someone came with luggage at 23:30 and was constantly loud till midnight. After checking on the check-in information I found out the allowed check-in time was till 23:00. There were no instructions mentioned on the leaflets to check-out. Also one of the (first) property manager's contact numbers mentioned on the leaflets didn't work at all. Transfers (Midi-station or airport) got a bit tricky in the evening as the trams decided to terminate at random stops and google maps does not provide any information about transfers through west station, which is also not a great option because one would eventually need a tram to reach the location.

The apartment was clean and had all basic amenities that a family might need.

The beds were not so great. The room which we stayed in had the bathroom not attached to the room.

The hosts are warm and helpful. Good value for the money. Fully furnished kitchen with dining space. The location is close to the tram station and takes less than 30 mins to the city center. The room and washroom was clean and spacious. Paid parking in a garage close by.

Bit a distance fr the city centre {15 to 20mins) but tram services are available right at the doorstep .. Stairways is bit stiff and cramped especially when big bags are carried up.

Room was clean, spacious... Host was very helpful and friendly and attention to details. Comfortable bed and have facilities to cook. Many shop closeby.

One minus would be the mattress of the bed. It felt like I was falling in a whole in the middle, but it also might be that this place generally has soft mattresses which I am not a fan of.

The whole process of arriving was super easy since I got send a description of how to enter the building. I was explained everything very well and the person welcoming me (the owner‘s son) was very nice and answered all of my question. I liked the privacy and that there was so much space. It was easy checking out. The tram station is basically in front of the door and you are well connected. The area appeared calm to me. I also liked that there was so much room in the bathroom. I would recommend it if you are travelling with family or friends and are also planning to cook during your trip. The kitchen area was super nice and I can imagine that cooking there together will be fun.

Due to the strike, we could not use the tram and it takes a long time to go to city.

The owner is so kind and told us the nice waffle house. And kitchen and bathroom were so clean.

Door of the fridge opens to the wrong side. It was uncomfortable to open while someone sitting at the table. One Window not possible to open, shower head should be replaced(!). The rest of interior and equipment was perfect. For towels and bathrobe one extra point! The location was okay; a bit noisy by the fact that it is directly situated at one of Molenbeeks main roads. Parking space nearby is bare, but to be found within a circle of 200 m.

The host(s) were very friendly and uncomplicated! Very nice was that some Nespresso-caps were provided.

I would have given them a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the narrow stairs inside and outside the apartment (typical for most of Brussels buildings) which was a real workout every time I took luggage upstairs. And also it would be nice if they could allow at least a 30mins early check in if the room is ready

I have never stayed at a privately managed appart before but this has changed my opinion. Really nice people. I met the owner’s daughter. The speak English which made communication very easy for us. They gave me free extra days on the parking. The room is clean, spacious. Having the toilet outside of the apartment made no difference to us at all because we were the only apartment on the top floor so it still kind of felt like it was our private area. Shops are only 2mins. The payment process was straightforward I had my cash ready and I was refunded my €100 deposit straight away. I will definitely stay here again

Location, it's 4-5 kms from the center (about an hours walk if you like walking. Sou d proofing needs to be more effective as I could hear the neighbors.

Property looking tired with a torn bed headboard. Wires were hanging out of some of the wall areas. Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room not 2 flights of stairs down in the communal area. Container for the water for the coffee machine was not clean so we didn't have a cup of coffee at all.

Didn't expect this to be an entire house with different people renting each floor. So there was communal kitchen to use.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. There were grocery stores and food near by for convenience. We get the entire floor to ourselves and there were fridge and coffee in the room.

Went with a group of friends, there wasn’t really any privacy as the shower is in the kitchen and only curtains to separate the bedroom from the kitchen/living. Also the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The apartment is set in a great location, right next to tram, also supermarket is within 5 minutes walk. staff are super helpful giving us recommendations for places to go.

The owners are very nice and helpful. They give out a leaflet about metro connections and what to see which is incredibly helpful. The room is nice and cozy and theres a tram station 1 minute away with connections to the city every 5 minutes.
