Big disadvantage is the location - it’s not really close to any of the city’s major attractions & it feels rather unsafe at night. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault, but worth noting to visitors.

The rooms are lovely & the outdoor area is perfect if you’re traveling in a group or with company (especially in summer). Helpful staff, good value for money etc.

Location did not like it, one step out of hotel and I felt no safe at all. Very duty street and garbage around area. Felt very insecure with hotel surroundings.

There was no fridge, or table and chairs to sit at for a meal in the room. The floor was concrete so it was a little bit cold. But the heating was good.

A nice, unique hotel. Staff were very accommodating of our early arrival. The room was comfortable enough. Good shower. Huge master bed, very comfortable. The small pool and seated area in the garden would be lovely if the sun was shining. And the breakfast looked amazing for 16 euro.

Beds are a bit hard for my liking, but this is quite subjective. Breakfast is a bit too basic, but we stayed for 3 nights only, so it was still OK. Nothing really bad about the hotel in general. It might be a bit beaten up by time, but it’s also not a deal breaker.

Really convenient location. This was the key factor when choosing a hotel and I must say that we made the right decision. The hotel itself is nice - the rooms are big enough, and the staff is friendly. Also there are a few really good restaurants within 1-3 minute walking distance.

Minor points but the double bed wasn’t separated into 2 singles even though I checked this at reception it took 2 requests to get a second duvet and a five bed room had 2 cups ( helpfully provided on request but felt we shouldn’t have to ask …)

They made a big deal about me using a different credit card than the one I booked with which has never happened to me before. The hall noise was a little loud with other guests at night when trying to sleep but didn't continue too late. It was slightly confusing how to get to our rooms when checking in but we got there in the end.

Very cool rooms, quite unique layouts and it did feel like we were somewhere else than Brussels with how it's tucked away and all rooms were off the garden it seemed. Great location to access the city with everything in about a half hour walk or less. We did get a taxi from the station but that was it. We didn't have breakfast or use the pool so I can't comment on either.

Entrance street is a bit off putting, but

The room was a good size and had a pleasant view over the courtyard. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was very good. Mostly cold buffet with very good range of cereals, cold meats, cheese, but also option to cook eggs on a hot plate for egg on toast. The location is reasonably good. The entrance to the hotel is not on the most attractive street, but what lies behind is indeed surprising and very good overall. The Metro is nearby for longer journeys, but we walked into the old town quite easily.

The shampoo was not good, very watery. The washroom air ventilation was broken. And toilet seat does not have slow closure. The location was in a back ally of downtown area. Lots of garbage on the road and sketchy. Both me and my husband had a bug bite waking up in the room.

All was good.

The room was next to a very pretty courtyard and away from the road so was very quiet and tranquil. The shower was great. The beds were fairly comfy - I'm quite fussy about beds. The breakfast was superb and there was lots of it. There were free drinks of tea, coffee etc in the main hotel area. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is also a baggage room where we were able to leave our bags before we checked in and for a while after we checked out before catching our train home. A nice hotel where I would be happy to return.

Nothing in particular. We tried out the pool, which was open, but it wasn't very warm in December (understandably!).

Comfortable room and overall nice hotel with good breakfast! We booked the 4 person room but used it for 3 people and it was quite spacious. Might have been tight with 4 people unless 2 were kids, as the upstairs area doesn't have a lot of room. But overall a very nice stay.

Cleanliness can be definitely improved, but the attitude of the personnel was the one thing that surprised me. I could not get a beer from the bar after waiting for 15 minutes, even though there were no other clients.

Great en extensive breakfast, so much choice. Value fo money. Nice room with view on the garden. Such al lovely swimming pool. Free coffee and water facilities in the lobby. Very nice and up to date 4 persons room. Great beads.

The location was just off a shopping street and felt slightly edgy but we found our way around just fine with the bus and metro!

The hotel was exceptional, very clean and the bed was so comfy. The hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed at all. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice.
