It was welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good and it was good that you could go in up to 11 am. The staff were very efficient and helpful.The hotel is a short walk from the historic centre of the city .

Noisy neighbours! Room was a little on the small side, not much room between the bed & the wall/window! Seperate charge for parking, a not insubstantial amount! Parking should be included in the room pricing, not hidden in the small print!

Excellent location. Parking great, but you must book & pay in advance! Pool was nice. Ability to get refreshments 24 hours. Helpful staff. Good room facilities, mini bar, coffee machine, kettle etc.

Very nice hotel with an amazing not overcrowded very warm swimmingpool. Breakfast was excellent but expensive. Very comfortable beds and well-ventilated rooms.

The pool area was sometimes quite busy for its size, as I’m not enough chairs but maybe that was just the times we went.

Really friendly staff, easy to walk into the centre of Bruges or get a bus to the train station. Lots of variation at breakfast, including chocolate!

Breakfast was expensive

Although initially it felt a little out of town it turned out to be a great location, a 10 minute stroll until you are in Brugge. Hotel room was very comfortable and swimming pool and gym were good facilities. Breakfast for a family was too pricy for us so we got some pastries from the market across the road that was there on a Saturday morning. Not sure if it is there any other days.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, so I contacted the hotel beforehand, and they decorated the room, which was a lovely surprise for my wife. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and the pool was definitely an added extra.It was so relaxing to take a dip after pounding the streets of Bruge, enjoying all the magnificent sights on offer. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting Bruge.

Nearby public parking (t’Zandt) is significantly cheaper. Also, between the central area and the hotel there is a darkish stretch where I am not sure single women would feel safe.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable, and the pillows were awful. They were really flat and strangely shaped so it was hard to get comfortable on them. The bed was so big and the pillows were square so if you rolled to the side you just came straight off the pillow. We also thought the breakfast seemed very expensive

Good location, lovely reception area so it was nice to come back and be able to have a drink at the bar. The room was nice, we got a complimentary mini bottle of wine which was appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice

Parking at the railway station is nice and cheap but a bit of a work.

The hotel staff were exceptional, Amber was especially helpful from the moment my group arrived. She gave us local maps and recommendations for a myriad of different restaurants. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and the facilities were immaculate.

The property is clean, the beds are comfy and my kid love the swimming pool. Also breakfast is very good. It is also easily located to the center. Hope to come back again soon!

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was in close proximity to the primary attractions of Bruges. The swimming pool was a fantastic amenity, and we made use of it daily during our stay. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
