We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Chassepierre is a wonderful little village and La Vielle Ferme offers a comfortable, homely and friendly stay here. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant.

GermanyBiker friendly it says (on the big outdoor banners), but biker parking, even for overnight guests is in short supply. The rooms are above the resturant (a steak grill type of place) so there is a background smell of fried food.
The village is pretty. The resturant/bar has a nice terrace. Room/bathroom were OK. On street paking is availabe a few minutes walk away by the local school. The villagfe has a couple of other nice pubs/bars/resturants.
