Noise from outside and you could hear everything in the inside. Only one towel and no cleaning service until Last day. You must climb the stairs, no elevator.

The location. Tram satation in front, metro and athomium half km.

The room was very warm, and I didn’t have much selection at breakfast as a vegan (notified on first night of a 3 night stay)

Nicely located for the stadium and near tram and metro stops

Very dark room. If you like privacy, this is not the right hotel for you. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything the room neighbors did and said. Keep in mind that the hotel has very steep stairs if you are not good on your feet. It takes you about 20 mins by tram to the city center.

Hotel is located near Atomium and right next to a tram station that takes you to the city center. Modern, clean bathroom.

The stairway was very narrow and somewhat dark. No elevator. One of the two rooms we booked was in the 3rd floor attic. There was no elevator. The room had only a defect sky light and no way of evacuation in case of fire. The other room smelled like smoke. The fridge didn't work.

The bedding was spotless. We appreciated the vinyl plank floors and the updated bathrooms

The smell of sewage as you walk in and you can still smell it in the rooms. Rooms where really hot and no fans to help cool the rooms down. Was going to leave window open but I saw there was a ladder outside so I closed it before we went to sleep. Thin walls could hear everything going on in the room next to us.

The gentleman in staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get a taxi to our tour bus .

Room definitely need a fresh layer of paint. Shower doesn't have a door and as a result you splash all over the place. The shower head is sort of broken/old and there is no flow.

Friendly staff, good location, various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very spacious room, comfortable temperature , clean enough. Large windows and balcony.

That you had to pay each time to have breakfast, feel as though it should be provided or included in the beginning cost. Also, that the staff didn't provide clean towels each day. Could always knock and give to us even if we were still present.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Right next to the train line which was very helpful.
