The toilet door is so hard to close and open, very noisy when you use it at night, The toilet bowl has a dark mark that doesn't look clean and the sink on the side is broken, it can be dangerous. I contacted the staff for an extra sheet and pillow because I can't sleep beside my sister she is snoring a lot. But they want me to contact another number which was'nt the one on the door.

Very spacious, modern and we are on the 3rd floor so it's nice to see the view. A quiet and peaceful place. There are cafes around and a short distance from the train station and the city center. Great area.

The entryway to the building and the apartments could be cleaned up a little. Carpets were stained, unpleasant smell, and always blocked with laundry baskets. The apartment itself was clean enough but could use a coat of paint. The iron unfortunately didn't work, which was important as we were traveling for work.

The location of this apartment is wonderful, in the prettiest area in Brussels with art galleries, restaurants, parks and museums. The size of the property is great, with beautiful views of the square. Check in and out was smooth, and it was a bonus to be able to store our bags at the Smartflats lounge (not on site).

2nd bedroom bed was in pieces on arrival and never got fixed. Lights were flickering or not working, window treatments were missing on many windows, washing machine did not work, dirty laundry from housekeeping was left in entry on first floor and stunk…the place was spacious and could of been excellent but feel was over advertised and not maintained… couldn’t hosts my guests in 2nd bedroom as expected so feel a refund or adjustment should be made

Loved the placement and the overall set up to the smart flat it was easy to check in etc but one down fall we had to turn on are own hit water which it doesn't show on the paper work left for us but other than that every thing was lovely but there was some overall damage to the property

One of the beds was completely unlevel. One of the blinds in the main bedroom was hanging off. Not that clean, lightbulbs in the shower and some in the living room needed to be replaced. Coffee machine leaked. deep clean required - needed a decor touch-up and maintenance man for a few hours

Broken blinds so no privacy in master bedroom. Master bathroom shower leaked continuously (and definitely not dripping.) Toilet in main living area couldn't close the door as it was jammed open a good foot from closed. The lift was continuously breaking down, on arrival we had to carry suitcases up a narrow spiral staircase to the 3rd floor. The lights on the 1st level didn't work so the stairwell was in pitch darkness.Really lovely apartment but very poorly maintained

The sofa slopes down in the middle so you cat sit there. The fridge needs a new seal as the top is fully iced up. The shower screen doesn’t fit so water goes everywhere. A bit more maintenance would go a long way.

Good central location, although this means there will be some noise. Nice restaurants and bars close by. The block had a lift. Enough space for us both. The email question asked was answered quickly.

The light in the bathroom did not work, and we reported it the same day we arrived. The light bulb was burnt-out. They never replaced it. The extra blanket was filthy. Looked like urine stains. None of the directions for the appliances were for the actual appliances.

The location was great. It was easy to get to and plenty of places to dine in the area.

The aparment wasn't as clean as I expected (it was dusty). The apartment also mentioned it had a dishwasher, but turns out it wasn't working (and it looked like it hasn't for a long while, so it's something that could've been already fixed or changed in the site). The water heater broke while we were there (but it got fixed the same day, so kudos for that). The freezer looked like it had never been cleaned (and it was covered in ice, couldn't even use it), and the fridge didn't close properly either. The Smartflats system requires you to do a deposit via their site, instead of using Booking.com system, but I did get it back in the end, so no problems there.

Great location, right in the middle of everything, it's 5 min walking from the big plaza in Brussels. The bed was really confortable, and the sofas were nice as well.

The place was not as chic as the pictures would have us believe. It looked a bit like it was still being renovated. The landings were also filthy. There were no light in the narrow, steep staircase, precarious to say the least! The one shower didn't even have a showerhead. The entry code they gave us was incorrect and we had to call at our expense and time to get a new one, no apology given.
