We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Loved the property! The room was clean and modern and the view was amazing. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was great. And the menu for the rest of the day was also superb! Area is gorgeous and there are lots of walks straight from the front door of the hotel.

United KingdomPerfect location- unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t sit outside ( wonderful seating area with lovely views) The room was lovely everything you could need - balcony was a bonus Great extra bits n pieces in reception ( nibbles, fruit, sewing kit etc) We ate in the restaurant which was really good - excellent service. Breakfast was also fantastic. Plenty of safe parking. I would 100% return if we were in the area

First impressions were great, lovely greeting and staff were welcoming, very friendly throughout our stay and went out of their way to help, they all seemed very content. We ate at the hotel on three evenings and one lunchtime, great choice and lovely food, amazing atmosphere.

The hotel was relatively new and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and tried to make sure that your needs were met. We had the double room with balcony and view. Well worth the money. Hotel supplied free water, fruit, cookies, snacks and coffee/thee. We enjoyed the wide selection on their menu at their restaurant. Restaurant offered in and outdoor seating with beautiful views. The area has a lot of nature and is great for walking/hiking and other sports. Also close to Malmedy, Spa, Francorchamps and other nice towns. Owner was very pleasant to deal with and engaged with his customers. Nice memory of our short break to Belgium.

Located in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views over the fens from restaurant and rooms. Great place to really chill. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good and extensive a la carte menu. The beer tasting is highly recommended! Lovely breakfast with fresh products.

NetherlandsNot extremely sound proofed rooms. so if you are sensitive to noise coming from other rooms - it might irritate you. I went in low season it was fine for me, but I could hear a little.
Extremely convenient- the hotel is right in the middle of the nature park. There is an available free car park at the hotel, just park your car - and you can explore around by foot. It has a nice restaurant where you can have lovely warm meals for lunch and dinner. I tried the leg of lamb and stone steak. both were delicious. Nice breakfast that's included. The hotel staff were extremely nice and welcoming to me and my dog. It was my birthday, they were very kind and offered the local drinks to me. Merci beaucoup!
