Walking through the park will be much easier for you. Don't use main road which is cobblestone.

No room cleaning for 5 days - only the trash bin was emptied Really loud - you heard everything from the stairway Steep stairs and also high step in front of bathroom - dangerous, without escalator

Comfortable, high bed Good walking distance to train station and city hot spots - both around 10 minutes Fast wifi

The name is misleading, this isn’t a hotel it’s a hostel given no reception desk and clientele. Very loud rooms and noise in corridors

Exceeded expectations. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is associated with a neighboring hostel that hosts events for travelers. Friendly staff with lots of information regarding local recommendations.

First of all it,s not a hotel as the tittle states. It,s an airbnb without reception. Narrow stairs smelling of mold, the staff was not so friendly.

There was no staff there , check in was at another hotel down the street . Waited 2 hours on the room to be ready after we checked in. The stairs are very narrow and hard to haul luggage up and down safely. The bed had no headboard. Very small room but the bathroom was very nice and Modern

    The location was great !

The stairway was narrow and needed new carpet. Very difficult to bring bags up and down. Had to check in aT the hostel. No parking available at all to stop and check in Had to park at the train station and taxi to hotel. When enquiring about parking the staff should say park at train station first

The location was good. The staff pleasant . We were able to do laundry there. The bathroom was brand new which was a saviour to the hotel

The room was cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. You can see the roofs of the cathedral from the window, which was so lovely at night when it was illuminated. Bike rental is only one minute away and we rented them to go to cute near town Damme and further to the coast. You can leave your luggage before check-in at the hostel just around the corner. Everything is reachable on foot.

We got to the hotel and there was nobody at the reception. Luckily someone was outside cleaning the street and told us we should go to the reception of Lybeer round the corner. It was weird to check in and out at a different building with a different name. Very confusing. I didn't get this information with the booking. Also they need to pay more attention with the cleaning. There was something that could have been a dirty sock under the bed. I saw it when I sat on the chair.

Simon, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. We wished he was our tour guide. Even though it was an old building, the bathroom was fully refurbished.

Tea and coffee were available for free but water for tea wasn't warm enough. We went to another location by the same organization and were able to have warm water and other facilities there, so it wasn't a problem.

The place was clean and very homely. The staff was helpful and made good dinner recommendations. Overall the experience was very positive.

The bed is very small and uncomfortable. No blanket, instead you sleep with a bedsheet and an old rug on top. the bathroom is clean though. our room was very dark as well but might be different for other rooms. also, the entrance of the „hotel“ is full of baskets with dirty sheets and blankets, not very welcoming. as well as dirty cups etc.

Location is good! staff is nice but rooms and whole facility is pretty wracked.

Nobody on hand to help and the café at the front was closed our first morning.

Started very badly, extremely steep narrow stairs (no lift) but we were moved to another room the next day. Won't return but that's a personal decision but I would recommend. Location is excellent.

Location was very good, unfortunately the hotel was more like a hostel,,its advertised as breakfast included but thats in a hostel round the corner, I the hotel there's just tea & coffee in the lounge area, A lick of paint wouldn't go a miss as it's really rather shabby, The room was spacious and clean ,or though the radiator was peeling paint everywhere ,we stayed over for four nights and the room got cleaned once and fresh towels once,,The house cleaning was done the day before we left, The promotion photos are very misleading ,,Be aware of the added room tax

My room was on the second floor and the stairs are very narrow. I wish there was a photo so I could've prepared mentally x) I actually hurt my back carrying my luggage upstairs. I don't think it's a deal breaker but something to be prepared.

The location is great. If you reach Bruges by train you can make a 15 mins. walk from the station, or take a bus and get down at the first stop. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and the historic downtown is less than a kilometer away. Downstairs you can have a cup of tea or coffee though I didn't try them. Also, you can wash & dry your clothes for a fee which was very convenient.

There was no airco in the room (a ventilator was present, but on hot days is worthless), they didn't clean the room... I was staying in a hotel after all, and paid the price for such. The stairs to go to the rooms are very steep so maybe not good for people traveling with big suitcases, but what bothered me is how run down it looked, almost to the point of being scary, also because in the ground floor there is no reception any longer. The walls are thin paper and every little move of anyone will become strong noise. Even with earplugs I had a very nerve racking night sleep. On top of everything, the room was filled with mosquitoes... Honestly if it wouldn't be for how magical Brugge is, this wouldn't have been almost like a nightmare.... I would say that this hotel should reimburse customers for the bad experience, and booking stop working with them.

The location was the only thing i appreciated for having stayed there. The hotel is not having a reception any longer and is served by the staff from a closeby hostel. For what it's offering, is not worth what I paid per night... I have to give a good word though to the guy working on the hostal, Laurentius, very helpful, kind and good vibe! He helped me on the spot to solve an issue with my toilet.
