Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was generally clean but the towells had a weird smell, obviously they were clean but because they stay wet after the wash thats why they probably smell. I suggest putting detergent :) Also i think that the room should maybe have a bit more light.
I loved the location of the city , it was close to the center but not in the heart so it was very quiet. Easily accessible and the staff were incredibly nice. The food was great and the room was amazing. It was very comfortable, i loved the plan.

BelgiumWhile my recent stay at this hotel had its highlights, there were a few aspects that left me feeling somewhat disappointed, particularly in light of the establishment's eco-friendly accolades. The bedroom itself was comfortable and well-appointed, and I appreciated the addition of a coffee machine for that morning caffeine fix. However, my enthusiasm waned upon discovering that the accompanying cups were disposable rather than reusable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, but I couldn't help but notice the abundance of single-use mini cups for condiments like jam and spreads. This struck me as a missed opportunity for a hotel that prides itself on its eco-friendly initiatives, especially considering the growing importance of sustainability in the hospitality industry. While perusing the breakfast options, I opted for a cup of tea and noticed the availability of teapots for guests. However, upon closer inspection, I was dismayed to find that the spouts of the teapots were visibly dirty. The accumulation of grime and residue was off-putting, to say the least, and made me hesitant to use them.
Situated just a stone's throw away from both the train station and the bustling city center, its location couldn't have been more convenient. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by its size of the room and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail could be a little better, but enough thoughtful amenities provided for a comfortable stay. A hot water kettle awaited me, along with a selection of tea and coffee, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, a mini fridge stocked with refreshing water was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was equally impressive, robes and comfortable slides for added luxury. It's these little touches that truly elevate the experience and make guests feel pampered. The cleanliness could be a little better, a scratch here and there, something behind the glass of the art on the wall, .. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in the heart of the city. With its prime location, it's sure to exceed your expectations.
