We had a wonderful last minute Snow trip. Everything was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at Les chambres de la fontaine de brul. Very beautiful rooms, clean and spacious. A delicious breakfast was delivered at our room. With a nice snack for our dog included. Very thoughtful! The staff is extremely helpful, when we got stuck in the snow with our car, they helped iys get free. We will surely return!

The address on the booking form took us about 4 miles from rooms. Rang and then given another address to put into sat nav. Needs changing on booking form and website. Otherwise everything perfect.

Met on arrival and shown a very large room and a fantastic large shower and toilet room. The shower is best we have ever had. Breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered to our room at the time requested . The presentation of breakfast in a woven bag was great. The owners have put a lot of thought into the renovated building and have not scimmed on anything. It was perfect for our one night stay, but it would suit for longer. Even had coffee and tea machines in room.

A little off the beaten path.

Great breakfast brought to your room. The atmosphere was phenomenal with cows right outside your room (in a fence.)

Spacious and clean! (Family room) also easy communication with the owners! Very complete breakfast, but with only one product from the region, would be nice to see more of this.

An additional floor mat in the bathroom would have been nice -- the floors can be COLD in the morning -- but we made do by just moving the one in front of the shower, so not really a problem.

We booked travel to the Ardennes for a long weekend. I'm the type to choose a well-known hotel, and be in the center of the city, whereas my partner prefers more quiet locations, so this was me compromising. I am SO VERY GLAD I did. This property is only a 10-minute drive to Bastogne, and the improvement in views, comfort, and coziness cannot be overstated. There is ample parking, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing. 🚿 There are lots of areas to hike, and the landscape is nothing short of spectacular, even in the rain. I had no cellphone signal there, but the wifi was excellent and the host helped us make decisions about where to go for dinner in the local area. The breakfast choices were fabulous (try the Ardennes Sausage), the rolls were delicious, the orange juice fresh. It was delivered to our door at the time we requested, we didn't even have to get out of our pajamas! If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place that is stress-free, relaxing, and cozy, I would highly recommend Les chambres de la fontaine de brul. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully modern accommodation. Bed was lovely and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Wide choice of flavoured tea available in our room and a coffee machine too.

Better signage in the small village would’ve helped.

The breakfast was very adequate. You requested what you would like the night before and the time you would like it and it is delivered to your door at that time.

We didn't like that we stayed only one night. We should have booked more nights.

We liked everything. A beautiful place with perfect air quality. The room is a credit for the owners. Breakfast was excelent. Great coffee maker. TV with all the programs for all the countries. Last but not least very friendly hosts that made you feel welcome.

Nothing, it was great!

Breakfast was delivered to your room at your desired time. It was clean and had a lot of space. They were friendly and kind. Parking was easy and right next to the building. The area was beautiful and quiet.
