Swimming pool and jacuzzi are far from the pictures provided - small and does not look clean. Territory is messy and requires renovation and clean up. Breakfast is fairly poor, dirty dishes and glasses. Zero isolation. In general place requires good renovation.

The hotel was set in lovely grounds, just one thing I would have preferred the car park Not to be Gravel.. Gravel can cause damage to paint work, and not too good to walk on. I was on a motorcycle and gravel is not best for driving on or parking.

The staff were professional, friendly and most helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, with a decent TV, the breakfast was very good, with multiple choice and very tasty, The dining room was clean and airy. The pool was excellent.

Very nice hotel with warm and welcoming staff. My room was spacious, with a comfy bed and high-end toiletries. I wish I could say more, but I only stayed one night and had a very early night in. I asked for a quiet room, and was grateful that I was placed in a room close to the reception but in a secluded wing.

Thin walls between rooms, our neighbours we're very loud. Airconditioning nog working properly.

Breakfast, swimming pool. We were allowed to take a swim before checkout. They opened a new restaurant just in front. The one next to it is very tasty as well. Very nice surroundings.

The room ventilation needs to be improved.

The small wellness facilities are relaxing. The surrounding area is good for walking. Staff members are friendly. The next door restaurant is recommended.

Nothing major but rooms need a bit attention as some wall and door finishing materials started to peal off due to humidiy I guess. Having pool, outside jacuzi and sauna is great but honestly Jacuzi was barely warm and sauna temperature was around 55°C at best.

Great location to stay and visit Dinant. Warm welcome from hotel staff on arrival and fantastic breakfast! Don't skip this hotel as you will not find anything better close to Dinant.

They sat nav says wd have arrived but couldn't see the hotel name. In the bright of day you can see it clear big signs needs to be in lights. The door to the jazus from the pool closed and we couldn't get back in there was no handle from the outside. We had to wait for other people in the pool to open the door.

The place could be revamped, a bit shabby here and there, including the entrance space to the pool (merchandise piled up under the staircase, bad smell). The breakfast is average, no vegetables at all, no variety from one day to thr next. No restaurant on the premises. The hotel is split in 2 buildings, the building across the street not very welcoming and you will need to get outside to reach the main building for the pool or breakfast.

The pool, the room. On booking.com we could choose the hour of the check-in.We had to pay 20 euro extra for early check-in . This is not correct by booking.com.I am a client of yours since 2002 and I have Genius-level.

Whilst it offered a lot of facilities, things were a little run down and not very polished.

Great location in a quiet part of the Meuse River valley between Namur and Dinant.

Can't fault it. The room was beautiful and so were the lounges. We used the pool and sauna which were really good. The breakfast was very comprehensive and presented well.

The bedsheets were unfortunately not super clean

The staff are super friendly. The location is good and very quiet. We could borrow rackets with tennis balls from the hotel. There are two courts with hard floor. It was quite ok on the next day even though it rained the whole day when we arrived.
