let me talk about the swan in the pond . I feel like it's wings are broken by some one . It seems hungry though he can not fly. Every thing were so good in Hotel. But as environment lovers we feel so sorry .

Rooms were very basic - stayed 2 nights and only got shower gel for 1 - no possibillity to make coffee or tea - the hotel entrance (ok they were renovating) but dust everywhere even in the breakfast room aside, where they never had cleaned the wooden blinds (one could write his name in it) - reception was manned sporadically and one was more or less left on its own - the breakfast as such was very good, but for a € 135 / night quite basic as well. I would recommend them to finish all renovations and close the hotel in the meantime. The area where it is located was next to a busy road, Just to say that the shown pictures (from the back end of the hotel) were not really representative.

Breakfast was unbelievable good and prepared on the table. It was very great, a lot of choise end good quality !!! The room was superb with an amazing view at the garden.

There was a weird smell in the rooms, not exactly sure what. Also, in a hotel, it's weird that other ppl in other rooms come and scold you on making some noise, that is a weird behavior. Also, its not that great that the rooms are not sound insulated.

Location was not bad and then rooms were clean enough. Also the view was nice

Weird smell in bedroom, stains on carpet, the first room we were given put a dampener on the whole stay unfortunately

It was situated at lovely surroundings. Bedroom was unclean and had a really bad smell, we swapped rooms which was much better. Breakfast was amazing.

We knew this wasn’t the case on booking, but yea/ coffee in the room would have been nice. But absolutely didn’t ruin it that it wasn’t there.

The breaky was superb. Staff lovely and helpful. Exactly what we ordered and had a lovely time.

Rooms could do with some finishing interior touches. and the grounds it's self a sweep.of leaves etc otherwise very pleasant place to stay.

The rooms in the new part of the hotel were nice. modern but they could do with some pictures on the walls or something to soften the walls. and maybe even a kettle. comfortable beds though. Breakfast was a good spread nice coffee location great for getting into the centre.

We booked a 4 people bedroom with 4 beds, but we got 2 beds and 2 camping beds. The 2 camping beds were uncomfortable.

No hot water when we arrived, waited a couple hours to get some. Heard some strange noises throughout the evening, so did our friends in the other rooms. Not sure if it's haunted but strange things were going on. I would still return as great value for money, very clean just very dated and a bit damp in places

The room needs tea and coffee making facilities. The children's play area is in disrepair and potentially dangerous. There were quite a few stains on carpets etc and the bath plug was full of hairs. The staff were not very effective on arrival, which, after a while day of driving, is a little disappointing. Until a member of staff stepped in, they were in some confusion about the booking. It was immediately off-putting. It's not a cheap hotel. A place like this should be clean and well maintained, or less expensive.
