Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsNothing. Really looked for something. Oh. That you do not want to leave.
The location, the host-indeed no one as kind & caring as mentioned on the tiny chalkboards in the bakery, the rooms and garden. These people love what they do-ensuring you have a fab time in Antwerp & feeling at home at their Logis Lapin. I want to live there😊

SpainA few metres away there is a bar and in the early hours of the morning you could hear a lot of noise from people going out, shouting and talking loudly. Fortunately it was only for a short while. There was no shampoo or shower gel, something that is usually available everywhere.
The rooms are large and spacious, the beds are quite comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean. The decoration is old but very well kept, it looks like an old cottage. The furniture is quite old (except for the bathroom), but it gives it a cosy touch. The kindness of Stefan, we had an emergency and he gave us his support. And the location, it is close to several tram lines, buses, and Antwerp central station. One thing to note is that there is no lift - which is to be expected as it is an old building. We stayed on the second floor and had to carry our suitcases upstairs. I don't put this down as a bad thing but it should be noted.

United KingdomThis accommodation was so cute and cosy! We absolutely loved our stay at Logies Lapin. The host was very attentive and was available via whatsapp and also called us to check in with our stay. The staff at the cafe below were also very friendly and helpful. We loved that in the evening you could chill in the cafe area and help yourself to beverages then pay for them in the morning. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. It was easy enough to get around Antwerp on foot or we opted to use the uber lime e-scooters which were handy. It was about half an hour walk from the train station but that didn't bother us.

ItalyWe were very satisfied and we wouldn't change anything!
I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my friend for two nights, the rooms are on the upper floors of a nice bistrot-coffee room-bakery where everything Is organic, homemade and delicious. There is a beautiful small garden in the back yard. We booked a nice apartment with two bedrooms and private bathroom, we found it very clean and comfortable. The position is great to walk to the city center and to the train station, or you can rent a bike in the public bike point nearby. Stefan was very kind and helpful and he gave us a lot of useful suggestions about best restaurants and museums. We definitely recommend this hotel!!

LuxembourgNot recommended for elderly people for the staircase is quite steep.
We had a very warm and friendly welcome. The location is very pretty and charming. Breakfast served in the tiny garden really made our day start in the most peaceful way. Even some birds came to say hi! We loved it! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Had we stayed longer in Antwerp, we would most likely have visited all the places we got told by them. The beds are very comfortable and made us sleep like babies.

NetherlandsWe had some trouble with WiFi in the rooms, intermittently. We could use it downstairs in the cafe, though, so we didn't mind as much!
Welcomed so warmly by Stefan and his family/staff into this charming and spacious lodging. It's located close to Antwerp-Berchem and walkable from all the main attractions (within 1.5 kms). With just a few rooms, it was quiet and private, kept really clean and stocked with sufficient water and tea! I would try and stay here again if I returned to Antwerp!

GermanyThat we couldn't stay longer
We stayed at upper apartment, and yes there are quite some stairs one must climb...but you will be regarded for that hard yakka. We felt, that there is so much love for details, down to the very last piece of furniture or interior design wonders. Very spacious and bright, you have the feeling that light invades your stay to welcome you even more. The rooms( yes, two separate rooms able to accommodate up to 5 ppl) seems to be nothing short of amazing, where nothing is left to random, but there is purpose in everything. The huge bathroom, equipt with a modern shower cabine, makes no exception to rest of the apartment.Wood and much light again. There are original long wooden floor panels throughput the entire flat..We loved everything about this stay. But all of the above wouldn't mean much without Stefan's kindness. He is the perfect host, genuine down to last molecule of his being, gentle and...again, kind. If he can, he will help you with whatever you need. The wonderful café downstairs reflects once again( in my view at least) the extensive work and passion that goes through entire house. P.S. Check the guest toilet on the first floor

United KingdomThe toilet in our bathroom was surprisingly high (I'm 5ft 7" and my feet couldn't touch the floor). Towels were a little tired but still useable and clean so wasn't an issue for us.
Very large rooms, bed was comfortable. Cafe downstairs was very tasty and you could help yourself to a variety of different tea bags. Nice little terraced garden. Great location, only a 5-10 minutes walk to some great shopping streets. Lots of communication from the owner with recommendations and information about parking/check in.
