Amazing location - a few hundred yards from the christmas markets yet just tucked up a quiet road. Fabulous breakfast - expected continental but hot eggs and bacon too plus proper tea for my English tastebuds!

We had a family from which was lovely but a bathroom door/screen would have given us more privicy as the shower unit and wash hand basin were open to the room. The loo was separate. Not ideal with older kids.

Fabulous Hotel! Spotlessly clean,comfortable and cosy. Tastefully decorated throughout and modern. A great breakfast is provided and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy reach of the city and minutes from the Christmas Markets. We will definitely return when visiting my daughter again.

The bedrooms need some more hooks to hang face & hand towels next to the sink, and some more clothes storage would be nice.

Rooms were clean, smart and perfect base while exploring the Brussels Christmas Markets. The photos don’t do the hotel justice. Was a really lovely hotel. Breakfast provided was lovely. Staff were so helpful! Even kept me up to date with information on our late check in, and went out of their way to provide additional water in the room.

No facilities to make Tea (kettle), no mugs. No Toaster as out of order on our visit Lack of local restaurants for lunch. Walk/Taxi ride to the City Centre Need more hot choices for breakfast (e.g sausages, mushrooms, hash browns)

Friendly/helpful staff Cleanliness Facilities - slippers, hairdryer, Shower Gel, Body Lotion. Breakfast choice - mostly continental was good Coffee Machine plus coffee pods Good locality to Ferris Wheel and Christmas Market Stalls.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast in the morning was nice and fresh. The staff in this hotel are amazing! They made our stay exceptional with their friendly hospitality. I have never come across better service.

Elevator is quite small but considering other major cities in Europe it is a normal size of elevator.

The location is fantastic especially if you are visiting during Christmas season. The Christmas market is 2 min by walk and to get the city center it only takes 5 to 7 min. The breakfast is included and even though it doesn't have much choice it is way enough to fill you up.

Breakfast starting at 8 is not really helpful when travelling for work. And I missed a bottle of water in the room.

The location was decent just wish there were more restaurants and shopping. Also the elevator stopped working at night which was not okay since I was on the 4 th floor.

The unique midcentury modern design of the hotel was really cool. I stayed in the mauve room. The room was comfortable and staff was friendly when I got sick.

We were lucky to get a beautiful room on 3th floor. Clean,classy interior and a very good bed. The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. The location is central, very close to the Metro station

Parking on the street can be a bit tricky when arriving late. Breakfast only stays from 8 AM, this is late for a business traveller.

In my room there could be a couple of improvements such as a small bedside table and a shaving mirror.

No spare power outlet anywhere or near the bed. I took out one of the plugs near the bed that was originally connected to the lamp so i could charge my devices but oddly enough, it wouldn’t connect. I had to either charge in the bathroom or disconnect the coffee machine to charge my phone.

Super cute and boutique style hotel with a big TV. Coffee machine in the room too. The room is also quite spacious too. A big floor space so that i still have spare room after putting down my luggage.

The breakfast was good, but it would have been better if there had been more choice and more staff. There was one single person for everything (reception, breakfast, kitchen, etc.) so it took some time to get bread or other things ("supply chain" not working). Also a larger choice of cheese, charcuterie, etc. as well as fresh bread (not the pre-baked one) would have been good, but of course this would have been even harder to handle for only one person. For longer stays it would certainly be nice to have a cupboard for clothes.

We appreciated the flexibility of the hotel concerning our booking. We could not come at the dates originally booked because of a storm/cancelled trains and we had no problem changing the dates the very day of our planned arrival without any extra charges. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was calm and very clean and we had a good view. There were even a little fridge, a coffee machine and a hairdryer - those cannot be found in every hotel these days. We were close to restaurants and bars and had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

Everybody was very kind and nice. That was very nice to start a new day with a delicious breakfast. Room was very well decorated and clean. And the location was great, very close to city center by foot.
