Fancy as hell! Fantastic apartment. Very stylish. This could be a great option for a couple of families/couples or friends to rent several rooms and hang out in the shared space or garden. Was nice of the host to leave coffee/tea supply for usage. 10/10

This is a beautiful place to stay in Brussels. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed linen is top quality and the shared spaces are just gorgeous. I travel to Brussels regularly for work and this is above and beyond my favourite place to stay as it feels like a very stylish home.

This stay in Brussels totally nailed it in terms of value. The place is top-notch – the property is well taken care of, the rooms have everything you need, and it's conveniently located. The interior is nicely done, and there's a cool dining area/common kitchen. The rooms are smartly set up with a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and the dishes and cutlery. We only stayed for a night this time around, but we're definitely coming back here if we're in Brussels again.

Marvelous. Wonderful concept. The common use areas are simply gorgeous. The (very large) kitchen is well equipped, the living area is bright and comfortable. There is a lovely garden, accessible via the beautiful terrace.

The lights in the common areas are on continuously, even during the night. It might be a good idea to install some timer off switches or motion detectors to avoid wasting energy and make the residence a bit more eco-friendly.

Cleaning staff misunderstood my check-out time one hour earlier, so I had to wrap up my luggage to leave my room immediately. The host apologized for the mistake with a good attitude. Suggest to communicate with staffs better. Still thanks for offering such a great apartment.

Given its quite pricey, I’d had gone for a hotel instead with breakfast included and other facilities. While coffee and tea was free, it was very much a do it yourself apartment - not a bad thing, but I’d rather pay that amount for a hotel rather than an apartment. I do think breakfast could be arranged in the main shared kitchen, which would upscale the place a lot. As it currently is, I feel the price should be slightly lower given the amenities and the fact that there is little staff involved in managing it (I had self check in, easy and quick, but you get my point). Very personal point of view.

The apartment is gorgeous, and it makes you feel like you have a flat for yourself in Bruxelles. Definitely recommend for extended work trips or travelers who prefer the home vibe to a b&b/hotel one. There is also a shared area which was quite silent but can either be good for working or to meet people (if someone else uses it too). The host is nice and accommodating: he let me stay over checkout time as there was no other booking in my room for that day free of charge.

Overall the apartment was really lovely but I would say that the walls of my apartment were very thin. I could actually hear the guest in the adjoining apartment snoring which was a little disconcerting.

Communication from the host was excellent. The property was brand new, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with quality bedding and linen. The location was perfect. This would be a perfect place to stay if you were travelling as a group as there are a number of beautiful common areas- kitchen, dining, lounge, terrace- really nicely done.

We did run out of hot water relatively quickly.

This stay was about as good as it gets. The host was super personable and reached out a few days in advance; I got all information I needed. Check-in was easy and the room was gorgeous and super clean. It gave me a great impression of the city.

I travel once a week to Brussels since I work there, I have stayed in almost all the hotels in the city. Maison Cokoon is by far the best place I have stayed in Brussels. Not only is it a beautiful, luxurious, modern and clean place, but also probably the best neighborhood in Brussels. I will repeat again and again! Thanks for everything❤️
