It was really really lovely. We had extra facilities like a fridge, boiler etc. The location was very good and reachable with public transport or lime. The hosts were really considerate and friendly!

The only small inconvenience was the fact that we had to climb some pretty small wooden stairs to the 3rd floor to our room. But no big deal, really.

The room was very nice, in a very clean and quiet area. 12 minutes walk the Metro, 3-5 minute walk distance to a few restaurants, market and coffeeshops.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfy was the large duvet, we would prefer two smaller ones. But that may just be a personal preference and it may also depend on who you travel with.

The room was amazing. There was enough space for everything and everything was clean and nice. There is Netflix on the TV so that was good since we don't understand belgian programs. The owners are very nice and kind. One day they even brought us cake, which cas very good. Very beautiful paintings also.

Not much to say here. My one thing would be to recommend that a non-slip shower mat is put in the shower. It can get quite slippery when showering.

Such an enthusiastic welcome from the owner, really keen to make sure all was ok with the room and my stay. The property is very well located, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to transport links to allow for easy travel to the city. Lovely room, felt easy to relax there.

We had a pleasant stay! Beautiful house. We lived on the top of it! Quite area. The guests were fantastic! Very polite and helped us with all our needs. The place is not far from the Metro. Everything was perfect! :)

The room on the 3rd floor and stairs in this area of europe are narrow and steep in general.

This place is great, 7-10 min from metro station and carefour near it. 15 mins on metro to center area. Super-quiet and idilic area nearby. The room has all for good start and end of the day, including the coffee-machine. Bathroom is very clean too. Raul is a hospitable person. This is a slam-dunk peak by price/quality without any hesitations.

It was a good location to go to city center. There was a last floor of the house. When you enter the room you can smell beautiful detergent. Towels and room was really clean. Homeowner was friendly, he help us what we needed.

Should be mentioned that you need a green pass to enter in Bruxelles with the car. We left it in a park and ride 15 min away with the subway

The only thing that could be better is there was no breakfast served.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the metro station, making it easy to travel into the city. There is also a supermarket nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything…simply nothing to complain! The location is great, near from metro station, supermarket…and the room have a coffee machine, microwave and mine refrigerator! Also great bathroom…the owner was a really nice guy when we arrived and the room have a independent access by stairs.

Everything was really good, just few points to keep in mind: - is on a quiet residential district (if you are searching for a place near "movida" may not be the right fit but if you want to have a good sleep after visiting city all day is perfect) - room is on the top of a private house. (Anyway you have complete privacy and freedom to get in-out and owners are really nice) - room is on the 3d floor, only stairs available None of these has been a problem to us, our stay was great.

Room and bathroom are spacious, clean, nice and cozy. Neighborhood is really quiet, there is free park in front of the house (and this is quite unique for Brussels) and in 15 mins walking you get to metro station then in 10 mins you are into city center. Also if you want to use it as starting point for visiting something out of Brussels is easy to reach the motorway.

The only thing I could think of is that since it’s a residential area, there’s not much to do in the nearby places.

The room was spacious, everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The host was very kind. The place is located a bit further away from the main city centre in a quiet residential area.
