It was not ok at all to not receive any checkin-information in advance (door codes / was solved in the end). This area of Charleroi is neither nice nor does one feel very safe there. The studio is really small and not exactly inviting for a longer stay. There is no WiFi at the property.

The property is well situated in close proximity to Charleroi airport. You can easily access it via the submitted door codes & Keyes and you can find all essentials for a short stay there. There’s a mini-bathroom, a small bedroom and and a small kitchen/ livingroom. Value for money is probably hard to beat anywhere nearby and this property is a very good choice for an overnight stay ahead of a flight. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street in front of the building.

The ceramic floors were quite cold. There isn’t a lot of things to do around the property given its location.

Good price. Very comfortable to sleep in. Extra bedding available. Having lots of tea and coffee, options and cookies etc. was a fantastic addition :) Additional option was having access to the garden (we didn’t really use it, but it was good to have).

It was cold when we arrived. We had to turn on the heating by ourselves. The room warmed up fast but the tile floor stayed very cold. We booked the room for 4 people, and only one bed was done. I had to make the other one, and I was exhausted after a long trip...

Charleroi was voted the ugliest city in Europe and you can see why. The residence is in a fairly grim location, in a street of terraced houses with doors opening straight onto the street. But I’m not sure if there are many nicer locations in Charleroi!

Black out blinds on front and back window. Was very light in the room for sleeping.

It was clean with everything we needed for a one night stop over. Was allowed in early for children to use toilet and was allowed to wait in conservatory while cleaning took place. Very friendly lady. Lovely burger place called Huggys Bar, on center, 20 min walk.

We got wrong code for the key box,and 2 clock in morning,were stuck in house with little kids,had to call the owner to get right code for key box.

We were given wrong code for the key box,and had to call the owner 2 oclock in morning to get correct code from our UK sim phone number...they should be careful giving code to people next time..this was the only issue.

The surroundings were unconfortable, someone try to enter the studio, the tv was on when arrived as if someone was there.. Then at 1am alarms were turn on in the building without knowing why. And lights kept turning on "outside" Was quite unsetteling and complicated with a flight at 6am...

The studio was clean, and with all necessary for a nice stay. The bathroom is open into the bedroom, small but Ok for a short stay.
