Long wait at the restaurant for our food due to limited staff. Missed a toilet upstairs in the bathroom. Spa area is not very big, 20 people and it’s cramped.

Spacious houses, modern bathroom and all equipment to cook. Nice touch on the welcome bag with essentials for first day (toilet paper and cleaning supplies). Very nice spa and restaurant.

Was missing a big mirror to check our outfit, a clock, the key of the upstairs bathroom and there were quite some old spiderwebs (not weird if you’re close to nature and as a past cleaner you can easily forgot them). It was a bit noisy in the evening.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff are very friendly and till late to answer your questions. It was located in nature, not far from a town, so we could get our breakfast from the local bakery and supermarket which is a ++ except for the spiderwebs, was everything clean. We haven’t used to pool, because we were on the road all day, but from having a peak it looking really clean and relaxing! To be repeated! thank you!

Appartments have some maintenance issues. Doors that make alot of sound dragging over the floor. Part of terrace door lock fell off and crane in toilet was broken. They installed new crane. Overall appartment good. Kitchen no freezer and kitchen top alot of wear and tear. It annoying they not give some kitchen towels. Was not able to purchase them in neighborhood grocery stores.

Location is great, facilities are nice. My son of 4 loved the pool and playfield. Overall good appartment size and amenities.

That the swimming pool was open for children only 8-10am, 18-20pm, last year it was not the case. Huge dissapointment. Payment by consommation checks was refused because it was not paper. Paper checks are not issued since last year (2021) and Im sure the hotel knows it well, and you cant exchange the digital to paper.

We've stayed here 5 times over the past 6 years and always had a great time. This time we noticed two areas of improvement compared to previous stays: -the furniture is getting a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. Especially the sitting furniture is getting tired and uncomfortable at times. -the pool/wellenss facilities are great but get more and more crowded, resulting in noise and lack of space/chairs.

Spacious holiday house on a small property in a stunning location within walking distance of Barvaux. Good size rooms and well equiped kitchen. Great pool with wellness facilities. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel at the same property.

The fact that the bathroom only has a bath (shower is there but you can not stand up straight). No towels included. Near to a Red Cross facility. House was dirty.

Worst thing: the mattresses are very bouncy are covered in plastic. Impossible for the body to breathe while sleeping, and therefore it gets very hot. No way to take a shower, there’s only a bathtub with no curtain. House got easily dirty from the grass picked up by shoes, and the the toilet was by entrance vestibule where all dirty shoes are stored, which made using the toilet while barefoot impractical. No water kettle available as opposed to what was advertised.

We booked a house with free electric charging for 3 nights and for 4 adults. When we arrived the electric charging was no longer free…!!! Yet when my husband booked and confirmed with them that was part and parcel of the booking. The staff were completely unhelpful and we’re not prepared to discuss with us or when challenged wouldn’t explain why they didn’t notified us that their terms and conditions had changed - unimpressed to say the least. The house itself was clean and tidy but…… 1. Why no air conditioning?? 2. Why only a downstairs loo?? 3. Why no shower?? 4. Hand shower only and no shower curtain!! This house was able to sleep 7….7 people with only 1 loo and the most ridiculous bathroom we’ve ever come across. Beggars belief!! And to top it all, they tried to charge us again on departure as their records showed no payment when we arrived!!

Everything. Food in restaurant was great. they catered for Gluten Free well. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful.
