Noise from another rooms if someone is closing or opening the doors

Pillows not very comfortable. Bathrobes not in every room only if it is superior enough. At least 2 sex shops right outside the hotel. No way to close the door quietly, depending where your room is you might hear lots of noise from the hallway

Great experience! Friendly staff, clean rooms. Location in a central lively place. Hairdryer was a big plus! Overall interior seems modern.

Rooms are small and the walkway at times is very narrow. Thought of having breakfast one day but the options were very limited and not worth 23 euros.

My wife found the shower and bathroom a little too small. There was also a little bit of slim in the corner bottom of the shower perhaps a more attention to detail in this area would go a long way. We were also both woken up early in the morning with a noise which sounded like a mechanical compressor or air conditioning unit it was on going until the about 6am. We didn't mentioned this on leaving because we only stayed one night.

The room/floor we were on was a-bit dark there's not much natural light coming in, would have liked to have had the use of a fridge.

Room could have been a little bigger as there wasn't enough room to open 2 suitcases at the same time. No fridge.

Everything was good really- we had a terrace with decking on our room bit couldnt use it because it was so slippery due to all the moss so it definitely needs a clean.

Really good location for us, parallel to main shopping street and nice walk to the sights. Street not too busy either. The staff were so kind and allowed us to check in early with our baby which was a huge help. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection.

Breakfasts had a nice variety of foods to select. We had an early departure and the hotel accommodated us with a breakfast of cold foods only and that was great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a short walk to all the main sites and museums.

While the staff were professional, they lacked warmth and friendliness—not rude, but somewhat robotic. In customer service, I believe friendliness is crucial. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for its parking facilities. However, the instructions provided were unclear and led us to a different parking area, Q Parking, which turned out to be cheaper and closer to the hotel. Additionally, after making my non-refundable booking, I read a number of concerning reviews about bed bugs. Fortunately, our room was in a renovated wing. I inspected the room thoroughly and, aside from some stains on the carpet, it looked good. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money. However, the experience with the reception staff and the bed bug reviews did leave a bit of a sour taste.

Good central location, near metro station. Ten minutes walk to the Grand Place. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Bathroom could have done with a little bit of work as the shower was leaking however overall the room was very spacious and perfect for a couple of nights stay.

However, the bathroom could use some renovation, a full shower door would have been better with flooding in the bathroom. You could see the floor above had the same problem, due to a huge stain on the ceiling.

The location was superb and everything was comfortable. A very quiet location despite being in the center. The breakfast was also great with a lot of choices!

Nice hotel,very good breakfast.Large rooms,good location,easy to walk to the center. Especially liked that rooms and whole hotel are dedicated to movies(used to be a cinema)! All over very good experience.

I would recommend to have more light outside of the hotel during night time, so you identify it easier when you return late. Also, I would add a mini bar or at least a bottle of water free of charge.

I liked the spacious and clean room, the amenities and the helpful staff. The hotel was located close to three different stations and within walking distance you could reach out to restaurant and bars.

1. Long distance from reception to room, with labyrinths and stairs to drag my heavy luggage. Very uncomfortable. 2. Room facilities are old. Bathroom ceiling was broken, light was also broken and flashing.
