Very comfortable practical and quiet apartment in excellent location (European quarter, Luxembourg train station, Ixelles) Very friendly and helpful staff. Free access to gym and sauna.

Fry pans were scratched beyond healthy. There was also a persistent bad smell in the apartment. Lighting a bit low.

There was lack of some amenities from the inventory list such as flippers. There was only one pair instead of 3. Also the heating system was not working well.

Amazing location, too helpful people in the reception. I appreciated that they permitted us to do the check in earlier. The breakfast was amazing, but as an advice pre-select it in your initial booking in order to avoid additional costs after your check-out.

We stayed in a very roomy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. We especially liked that there was a separate toilet room and a shower room. Maybe that is not so in all the apartments. Nice balcony with a view.

There was an issue with the swimming pool, I'm unsure if it was miscommunication or unhelpful staff. After arriving they said about the swimming pool and my daughter wanted to go, they showed us shops to attain a costume that night. Rushed around to get it, then was told that we had to book in advance, when we turned up ready to swim. It was exhausting. We got her a desert to make up for it, which she didn't eat and the waitress was lovely and convinced her to try the ice cream, but it did tinge the stay.

Fantastic apartments, it had everything you need. Spotless and great location.

was not very clear about how the check-in should be done in a different building and the receptionist did not mention extra money as going to de withdraw for a deposit... still i am still yet to be refunded till now

Room was not ready by my arrival, even when I arrived past my scheduled time. Microwave oven was partially broken - plate rotating not worked so meals was not evenly heated. Lighting is quite dim, which is OK, but in the kitchen area would be better to have more lights. False fire alarm spoiled one evening by waiting outside the building during the cold weather.

Nice bathroom; Comfortable bed; Big flat TVs in main room and bedroom. Got free beverages while waiting for my room. Very nice staff. Good location.

We requested a couple of additional coffee pods for our third day ( the coffee machine provided is a pod design) but none came 😬

Lovely sized apartment with views over city. Basic provisions available - toiletries and basic tea and coffee and washing up items. Very clean and spacious. Bed mattress in main double room a little firm for me! Kitchen small but perfectly functional. Limited coking items but sufficient for a short stay. We combined eating out with self catering and it worked well. The leisure facilities at the hotel were a real bonus.

The kitchenette was very outdated. There were 2 glasses and we were 3 people. I let the reception know, and they came with 1 extra glass… We wanted to have a swim in the pool, we couldn’t get towels in the hotel. They said that they couldn’t get us some as it was a Sunday. Not good service. Not possible to get anything to eat at 15:00. Restaurant open at 18:00. The sofa bed was not made. I informed reception twice, and then it was done.

kitchen rolls are very old and dirty. the dishwasher was leaking littlebit. bathroom drainage is not working well. water is passing slowly
