We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LuxembourgFrom nearest parking place it wasn't easy to find the hotel which was still very close. But as we had a lot of luggage it was little not so nice. We managed to find a lift when asking couple of persons. Stairs would be mission impossible.
Nice, clean room with a fridge (ex mini bar), coffee maker, comfortable bed. Breakfast has very wide selection so breakfast was very good (sadly we didn't have much time to eat). Good soundproofing.

We had a lovely room with kitchenette access, all new and clean, very comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I really enjoyed the spa facilities - sauna, hammam, pool.

Easy acess, the hotel had a nice decoration. The spa/pool was ok. The breakfast had variety and healthy food. The staff was friendly.

NetherlandsOnly thing that was under our expectation was very poor breakfast. Small choice of cheese, meat(only pork) and fruits. No single piece of vegetables which in our opinion is unacceptable in hotel. Warm buffet was quite okay, but still there is a lot space for improvements - scrambled eggs was dry and bland, bacon was either undercooked or dry and crispy, sausages was okay. Lack of Vegan/Gluten free options is also disadvantage, not to mention about halal food - my girlfriend is Muslim, and for two days she was eating only cereal, which is not a big issue, but with longer stays it may be "boring"
Room was very large, so we felt very comfortable with a lot of space to enjoy our time. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom made our stay even better. Food and service in restaurant was exceptional. Waiter was very professional and helpfull. Food took some time to be served to table but it taste was worth every minute we wait for it. Wellness area was clean and warm, we took our time to enjoy swimming pool and saunas, also we booked massages which exceeds our expectations. We felt very relaxed and rested.
