No lights on the parkinglot Dangerous situation to leave the parkinglot with the two way bike path just at the edge! Placing a mirror across the street could be an idea…?

Fantastic stay and would highly recommend for short or longer stays. My only qualm really was that the restaurant and bar was closed on the Friday and Saturday evening due to private functions which was a bit disappointing as it would have been lovely to fully enjoy the hotel facilities. Apart from that , then an amazing stay in an amazing hotel.

For the price I would expect a much higher level of services: - outside of peak hours/days it is difficult to find people working at the hotel besides housekeeping. Waited 10 min for someone to show up at reception one morning; at another time had to go ask at reception for someone to show up at the bar (during the bar opening times) after waiting for several minutes - Access to the spa area is outrageously priced (15 euros per person per 1h visit) and for that price the steam bath was not working - breakfast is the basic, low quality, industrial, uninspired type of selection you see at any mid range hotel - poor attention to detail, the same dirty cups were left in a highly visible public area for a full 24 hours before they were removed - the place seems to be frequently rented for events which means some spaces spaces become closed to hotel guests, and no parking spots left

Beautiful property, outdoor spaces and garden. Terrace room is spacious with beautiful views. Fine-dining restaurant is pleasant.

Our room was on the ground floor with view on the parking lot, but there is nothing to do about that. Small tip, for a room on the ground floor, I found that there was no help in the bathroom for elderly peopl. It doesn't have to, but it might be a nice thing to add

For breakfast we had a broad range of options, from 6 types of bread to 6 types of cornflakes/granola, fresh fruits and juice, bacon and eggs... So we enjoyed it a lot. The amneties in the room were all there plus airco keeping the room at a nice temperature.

Due to shortage of staff, no coffee at breakfast at 7:15( both coffee machines malfunctioning), boiled eggs and the bacon were cold.

Breakfest very good, the lady bartender gave a good service and recommendation for drinks.

We were disappointed with the bar. Small, narrow and dark. The adjacent courtyard was beautiful but bare. High wall, no views, no plants, greenery, like sitting in a prison yard.

Not enough dining seating for guests when the hotel is fully booked. You have to queue for breakfast if not down early enough.

Breakfast was great, however it does get busy, so best to go down early. We haven’t managed to book a table for the restaurant so far as always fully booked. It’s a shame as the hotel doesn’t seem to have enough dining seating for the number of guests booked in when fully booked. Great location, polite and friendly staff. Hotel very clean, spacious rooms and good Wi-Fi.

In a perfect world, we would have liked to have green tea available for breakfast and a hammam that would be working. For our personal taste, we would prefer to have drawers in the bed tables and better arranged shelves for clothes in closets.

Very nice, quiet and modern hotel. The modern design fits well the green neighborhood and the historic building, part of the hotel. The room is bright thanks to large windows. So are hotel corridors and the restaurant. High quality restaurant with very good dinners (gourmet) and breakfast with a wide choice. We liked particularly the choice of juices. Small, but very well equipped spa, with a well conceived outdoor terrace.

It was stated on the hotel's website that "Roomservice is mogelijk 7/7 van 7u tot 23u" so we expected to be able to eat something when we arrived at 8pm on a Tuesday night. The reception stated that the restaurant was closed so off course there was no room service 😒. Instead we got a a folder of a local kebab place we needed to pay to pay with cash on delivery which we did not have. That was definitely very disappointing and we had no food that night.

It's too expensive for what you get. It's nice but not exceptional and I received way too many messages to upgrade ... (almost made me want to cancel). The restaurant was closed due to a wedding so we couldn't eat there.

The breakfast was great, the location and general architecture are wonderful. The beds were nice and the staff helpful. The wellness area was clean and relaxing.
