Reception staff were excellent, 1st day when I arrived hotel a guy at desk help me to find parking spot at the middle of night. Also, ladies were nice and willing to help. Thank them a lot.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, and close to tram to city centre. Get €5 coupon per night if you opt not to tidy up your room each day, which you can use it in the hotel restaurant.

You could hear people from other rooms and in the hallway really easily. Also we had people call our room twice at 6am and hang up.

The room was not 100% clean and there was a flooding in the garage. Some reparations were on the go though.

It is well located close to multiple choice of public transportation and it also has a Parking garage (paid). The room was well equipped, large screen and a very comfortable bed. It has complementary toiletries. Next to the reception were a couple of water machines.

Minor nitpick, but the room was a bit shadowy. There were plenty of lamps, but a central overhead light wouldn't have been amiss.

Definitely fancier than I'm used to, but that might just be me! Was expecting a more unassuming hotel, so I legitimately did a double take when I realized this would indeed be my stay. I even took out my phone to double check the reservation! The hotel takes up an entire skyscraper-sized building, and it's got it all: large, fancy reception area, good breakfast facilities, free sauna, inside restaurant. I guess I'm easy to please, but I found it really luxurious.

The fact that the cleaning lady came knocking at our door at 9 am, although check-out time is noon!! We only stayed 1 night so she should have known. We didn’t appreciate that all. Also, the terrible noise she made cleaning the rooms next to ours. A pity no window can be opened. Fresh air is so much better than an airco. A bottle of water in the room would also have been nice. And last: I was promised a room with a bath, but got a shower instead. Too many small nuisances for us to go back, I’m afraid. And, please, send the receptionist to a French course…

The breakfast has a great variety and is served in a pleasant area. The waffle dough is delicious ! The cocktails we had were perfect.

consider shuttle service to Antwerp South railroad station, it can only be reached by walking now. Consider using modern e-tuktuk like it exists in cities such as Madrid

Rooms were cleaned but dusty, especially on the side of the chairs and other furniture. We barely used them since we were mostly out or in bed but it would have been nice to have the option to sit in a clean chair. Tip for the housekeeping manager’s to inspect the sides of the chairs and other furniture also cause this can be a place where bloodsuckers might breed! Also it wasn’t possible to open the windows for fresh air, you have aircon but would have been nice to have that option! Important to note that these details didn’t hinder our stay! We had a lovely time!

Good location for a short stay! Tram stop just 5 min away, staff very helpful, luggage storage without any extra costs, possibility for a late check out and they were able to accommodate my initial room requests!
