Do not count on the parking garage, we had a luck but it is very small and easily occupied. No reservation, and costly. There are plenty of free parking outside the hotel on the streets about 5 min walking distance.

The hotel is nice for business stay nearby Antwerp, though a bit far from center. We had a car and it was not a problem to drive to the center, and taking public transport may be even better. But it is excellent place if one has business outside of the city and avoid traffic. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Rooms are ok but bathroom certainly needs some renovation, it was difficult to adjust the shower. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Breakfast should be £10 Euros each. Too expensive. Hotel staff need to know more about transport links? Eh we took teams To Town centre Antwerp and was told One tram when it was 2 trams. Staff need to be more knowledgable of the are and transport links.

Breakfast was a bit poor after relocation of the breakfast room. Orange juice was missing on both occasions I visited this hotel.

The bathroom needs renovation. Minibar was almost empty, just a little bottle of water (for the family of 3). Restaurant was very poor and relatively expensive.

Parking options - payed parking in the garage and free parking in the street . 3 km drive from the city center.

Very nice staff. I got a clean and large room There was a decent choice for breakfast. On top of that, this was St.Nicholas' night, so the initiative of the hotel to offer a treat to those who dare put their shoes in front of the door for the night to discover a gift in a shoe in the morning was excellent :=) The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city but close to De Singel cultural centre (great venue, indeed, worth recommending), which was the purpose of my trip.

I would only change the curtains in the bathtub - It worked well, but it's just personal preference since I always feel you can never keep them properly cleaned.

Breakfast has everything: fresh bread, eggs, cold cuts, drinks, milks, yoghurt, pancakes .. you name it! We also had dinner - choices and quality are good. Bed is huge and room is big enough for an extra bed - was the 3 of us. Staff both at reception and at a restaurant pleasant and helpful. There is free parking few minutes walk and they give you instructions for it at the reception.

The room was big and spacious. The bed was big as well. The breakfast was good and refilled when we asked.

The toalett was not good due to shape of it and there where nothing to clean after yourself. The air in the room was not so good even after adjusting many times.

The room - For it being a four star hotel, you'd expect the basic stuff to be there. We reserved a room with kitchen. A few things were not working: 1.kitchen exhaust wouldn't run. 2. No intercom 3. The mirror lights weren't working. 4. Bathroom door makes a lot of noise while opening and closing. I would still rate this place high for the hospitality. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel was in a good location, easy to access. The staff were awesome and helped us with some initial issues.
