Actually not that central (20 minute work to main restaurant and bar areas)

Great central facilities. Spacious and clean rooms (but not as high quality as central facilities) Very friendly and helpful staff

Poir room lighting but seems to be a Belgian trait. Quite a walk from more lively main town centre although it is near all the old city buildings .

Parking. Bike storage. Desk service.. nearby old city buildings. Hotel is a Nice blend of old building and modern overhaul.

Parking is not included in the room price. Parking lot is too small. Bathroom could be bigger.

4k TV was available, breakfast was nice an restaurant very likely. The parking lot is close by.

Issues with all of the lifts - we were on the 6th floor and there were 3 lifts that took ages to appear. 2 out of the 3 lifts also drooped suddenly while going downwards - very frightening. Didn't eat in the restaurant as the food was an extortionate price - €20 for a salad!!! Location felt very unsafe so we used taxis to go anywhere. Nowhere really to eat except a pizzeria down the road which was actually gorgeous and v reasonable.

Room was lovely but very small. It was a twin room and single beds very small also but quite comfortable. Fabulous hot shower. Breakfast delicious and staff were so lovely and helpful anytime of the day.

There was very little option around the hotel to eat. Out of 3 lifts only one worked and that lift kept breaking down.

The room was spacious and there was lots of space around the hotel to relax

Parking was pretty busy and overloaded, but still a better alternative than parking in the busy center

Very Nice hotel with excellent facilities, close to the center. Sufficiently large rooms, very clean. We took the breakfast and that was also excellent

It was surprizing to hear the major difference in price we paid compared to friends having booked a room (similar type as ours) for the same evening ... almost everyone of our party of 7 couples had another room rate (some booked via booking, others via another platform), but we had paid most of all ...

Room was good and we had no problems with noice, unlike our friends on floor 1 that had a bad night due to a party close to their room. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices, and while if you come too late on Sunday morning it can be very crowded, they clearly warned about that via a leaflet at the reception and in the room.

I chose it for the ev charger. When I arrived (in rain and dark) I found one of the four chargers being used. The others were occupied by an en not charging and a petrol car. The latter plus handicapped car beside so badly parked I could not get into the last space. The staff promised to call me when a late bus had delivered its passengers so I could park in front of the electric car and charge. They didn’t. I came down towards midnight to charge. You need to log reg numbers so drivers can move wrongly parked cars.

Loved the architecture. Breakfast in the old convent was a highlight

Location of the hotel is in the city centre, which makes it convenient to reach places (Montagne de Bueren for example) but parking can be a problem since there aren't too many spots available on the hotel terrain itself.

Great welcome and easy check-in and -out at the reception. The room was clean and roomy. Bathroom was ok, just the basics but nothing fancy. Breakfast was neatly organised and had plenty of choice.

The parking was busy and spots were a bit tight, we took the last spot (arrived around 8pm). The bathtub was designed for taking baths over taking shower so it is not very comfortable.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious.
