We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

EgyptRestaurant staff were slow but food was good. They offered me 2 euros for not doing my room although I asked them to have it cleaned everyday. And although I paid for a double room they offered only the 2 euros cause my partner was not sleeping that night at the hotel.Very silly move.

United KingdomWe unfortunately had a very rude server in the evening at the restaurant on site. Ignored us completely for most of the dinner and it was super slow. Otherwise the other staff were very welcoming!
We stayed here for a wedding and just needed it for 2 nights to be as close to the venue as possible (the Skyline park). It served its purpose well. The room was spacious and well equipped. Downstairs was very nice and the restaurant had good food in the evening! There was a cool little meals fridge in the lobby which was handy for when the restaurant was closed between lunch and dinner.

NetherlandsThe staff were caught out by nearly everyone trying to get breakfast at 09:30 during the holiday period. It was very busy and not enough seating. Probably ok rest of the time but only went for breakfast the first day.
Room was fairly compact but very well designed. Very quiet room, free parking and good Wi-Fi. A little way out from the town centre but that was not a problem for us. Had a fridge, kettle and safe. Wish all hotel rooms were as well thought out as this one.

We left our passports in the safe and they looked after them and returned them. They were so accommodating with requests. Very very clean rooms, we had 2 rooms. Beautiful decor. Really great range of selection at breakfast. Would definitely use again when passing through Belgium 🇧🇪.
