I had some trouble opening the door with the keycard. It was not very intuitive.

I loved the location. It is so quiet, surrounded by the woods, and a 10-minute walk from the centre. Just lovely! I was sad that I didn't pack my running gear, but I'll do sports here next time. The breakfast was also incredible, with a good selection and very nice coffee.

Minor only - On our last day , the water was cut for maintenance without notice (at least to us). An info panel at entrance would probably have help to pass the info properly to all visitors. If I may, I would suggest the Ibis flag to be renewed at the entrance. The hotel was beautifully decorated and lighten, but the flag was old and torn apart.

The entrance and lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The bar and restaurant next to the reception is cozy and welcoming, notably thanks to a fire at its center. Rooms aren't very big but are well equipped, very clean and benefit from a balcony. The hotel is really calm, bordering a forest, a small park, with the closest road about 100m away. This also makes it also perfect for pets, and their late/early walks. The breakfast was royal, with fresh orange juice, eggs, bacon, etc. It is probably the best Ibis hotel I have been to. Very good price for money imho.

There was nobody in the reception when I arrived (20hr approx). After having waited quite long, I decided to call the hotel and the person appeared in the reception. So, take the hotel phone number with you when doing the checkin.

Breakfast: Fine, with a lot of options. Room: Fine, but the cushions are very thick for me, so I had problems in finding a comfortable position.

I would prefer the mattress to be a bit harder. It was quite soft, but that is something relevant and depends on personal tastes and habits.

Great choice for your accommodation. Clean, spacious and quiet room. Easy access with free parking available and nice breakfast included. So i would definitely stay again.

Would prefer tea and coffee facilities in the room. However there were free hot drinks via a machine just off the foyer, so we're not complaining.

The check in was easy and the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking, and the hotel was within walking distance of the Herge Tin Tin Museum.The breakfast was very good.

Walls are thin and could hear neighbors and hallway traffic. Our blinds banged around in the wind and wouldn't close all the way.

There was a tea/coffee machine downstairs, but it was not possible to heat water in the room. So, we had to go downstairs each time we wanted hot water. Before the departure, I asked the staff to call for a taxi, but in the morning there was not any taxi. We were afraid of being late and asked again. This situation was not the fault of the staff (I think so), but it was very difficult for us.

The breakfast was good. There were a dozen of dishes to choose from, but I cannot say that the balance between vegetarian and meat dishes was good enough. Also, there was no hot milk to prepare muesli. The room was clean and small. The staff was friendly and polite.

Room 107, the mattress was horrible and dead, I like a hard mattress but that was just a solid plank of wood, time to replace it as it has no life left in it. The pillows were very worn out and thin too. But the room was spotless and tidy though

The lady receptionist was amazing to deal with, extremely helpful and polite. The room cleaners had done an amazing job and the room with the balcony was stunning, looking over the rear garden into the woods. Huge car park with hundreds of spaces to park and all clean and tidy too. Breakfast staff were super easy to deal with and food was hot and clean and of good value for the breakfasts. The woods at the rear were brilliant to walk in and great exercise for me as well as the dog.
