A room is a bit small for two people to live in, but if you need only for bed&breakfast - it's ok. The bathroom is small as well, but well equipped.

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cheese choices, tasty coffee, yogurt, and fresh bread. The staff is very nice and includes a cat who makes you smile with his grace and laziness. Very convenient location with different choices of transport including train and bus stations. A nice botanical garden is nearby

No hot breakfast, and it was a little sparse, the resident cat was also present during breakfast. I would also avoid using the stairs as the bannisters were quite rickety.

The room was big and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was enough for us with a variety of cheeses and sweets. The staff were helpful and kept our luggage safe after we checked out.

The property could improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, the shower floor had something like mold on it. Also, some walls of the room, probably due to poor ventilation, however that's a minor fix and it didn't cause major problems.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, we had a situation with the heating and they managed to fix it quickly. The property has an elevator so that's great and overall the room was fine. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of different options, I'm vegetarian and could eat properly. The reception is open 24 hours so that's great since I had to leave really early for the airport and the staff helped me calling a taxi. The location is great, it's close to the botanic garden and the center so we could walk to almost everywhere, and it's near to a metro station.

The room / shower smelled strongly of chlorine. It is a shabby area and i did not particularly like to arrive there (arrived between 9 and 10 pm)

Independently of the hotel, the heating was on only from 9:30pm. My room was a bit humid, but it might be normal for Brussels.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially coffee. It is very well located, close to the heart of the city, clean and quiet.

Hotel is located in center of city so it is not easy to approach it with car in working days, same about finding parking spot.

The policy is no heating until the temperature goes down to 32 F, so there is no heating in the room. We are from TX, so we don't tolerate cold weather too well. However, they provided an extra blanket, so we managed.

Location, location, location! Great family hotel. It's great seeing the whole family working hard to make our stay comfortable ！Good bed! Breakfast included, so we don't have to look for food in the morning. Free coffee. Early check-in.

Breakfast was near perfect. I like the staff behaviour. They were friendly. They are a family based hotel. Hotel is just near the botanic park. I still can not believe that I arrived to hotel from airport by just 2.5 Euro (bus number 272).

It deteriorated quite a bit, many things are literally shaky, from furniture to stairs. This includes Internet, too. Pillows are also rather dodgy. And the bathroom light switch was well hidden behind the wobbly wardrobe :-)

The street is a bit noisy.
